  We are definitely pleased with our custom-built pergola. ****, our sales representative, came out and provided us with a detailed estimate with the options we wanted, answered any questions that we had and walked us through the entire process. The installation was completed in one day and the crew was very professional and the clean-up afterwards was excellent. Our neighbors have been very complimentary of our project. We would recommend this company and are looking forward to warmer weather so can fully enjoy our new *******************************

  We are extremely happy with our custom-built pergola! The owner came out to give us an estimate and was extremely detailed when it came to answering all our questions. Not only did he talk us through all the options but also provided different estimates based on those selections so we could make an informed decision. Once the ******************* started, the crew was extremely professional and efficient. They completed our project within 2 days and made sure to check in with us throughout the process to make sure we were completely satisfied. The craftsmanship on the pergola is incredible and we have gotten so many compliments on the material quality and sturdiness of the structure. Overall, I highly recommend you call Chicagoland Pergolas and Pavilions for your next project!

  From the initial consultation with **** to the cleanup at the end of the install by **** and *****, this was a ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. Our backyard is our sanctuary and a peaceful place for us to unwind. This traditional pergola is the cherry on top. Thank you to everyone throughout the process that made this experience special for us! If you are reading this review and are serious about purchasing a pergola, or a pavilion STOP LOOKING!! Call Tri State, you wont regret it!!

  In May 2023, Chicagoland Pergolas and Pavilions built a pavilion over my existing backyard patio. I am well beyond satisfied with the pavilion Chicagoland Pergolas and Pavilions build. I have enjoyed this structure all summer and know that I will enjoy it for many years to come. The end result far exceeded my expectations. From my initial contact with owner ********************* back in March, all members were outstanding. All of my questions were answered promptly, the permit process went smoothly, and great suggestions were made regarding options and stain color. Once construction started, carpenters **** and **** (not the owner) were terrific. The cement piers were poured on Monday, and construction took place over 2 days later in the week. **** and **** are very skilled carpenters and worked very hard on my project. They put in 2 very long days, and returned for a few hours on Friday to add the corner braces. As they worked, I was impressed that they never looked at a blueprint or plan! Coincidentally, my neighbor had a gazebo built at the same time my pavilion was being constructed. After seeing the finished product in my yard, he said he wished he had hired the same crew that I did! Thanks again to *********************, carpenters **** and ****, and the rest of the team at Chicagoland Pergolas and Pavilions for their outstanding work and service. I know this structure will provide shade and shelter in my yard for many years to come.   We are very satisfied with our custom-built pergola by Chicagoland Pergolas and Pavillions. ****, the owner, came out and talked us through the various options that would work for our space and circumstances. Separate estimates were provided for the two options we wanted to explore.The quality of materials and workmanship are top notch. **** and ***** completed the installation in one day. They did quality work, were very polite and they were very careful with my property. Except for our new pergola you would have never known any construction had taken place - all scrap materials were cleaned up and disposed of properly.Recently we enjoyed grilling outside during a storm, including hail, and then just sat back, relaxed and watched the storm. We highly recommend Chicagoland Pergolas and Pavillions to anyone wanting to create a cooler, shaded, protected area outside their home. We are just sorry we waited as long as we did!

  Superb material, design, delivery, and Company. Would proudly recommend them to anyone as I know they wont be disappointed with the results. The pergola adds so much to our home that I get butterflies in my stomach every time I look out at our patio. We can finally sit outside and enjoy nature.

  This is a great Company. They built a 32 x 14 foot pergola onto my existing deck. The quality is unreal and we are very satisfied. The team at Chicagoland Pergolas was fantastic to work with. This large project was completed in 3 days. I would recommend them to anyone!

  I've been wanting to put a pergola on our roof since we moved into our condo a year ago but was so wry about starting the process - and then I found **** and his team at Chicagoland Pergolas and Pavilions! What a spectacular and individualized experience. **** came out to see the space, talk through details, and provide a free quote for multiple options so we had choices. He was extremely responsive during the entire process, answering question after question by providing detailed answers so nothing was left in question. Even when we were struggling to pick a stain color, he dropped off a sample page so we could make an informed decision. The quality of the materials appears to be topnotch and prices were reasonable, especially when compared to others in the area. He kept us informed on timeline and changes, apologizing when the planned date was delayed one day due to weather. The build took two days and his team was efficient, quick, and very professional. They communicated with us and checked in periodically to make sure the pergola was to our specifications. We are absolutely thrilled with the final outcome and were amazed that from our initial contact until completion, it was less than one month! Thank you ****, ****, and the rest of the team for making our rooftop pergola our new sanctuary!

They designed and built a beautiful custom cedar pavilion for us.The design and estimate process was quick and easy to understand what options were available and what the end product was going to be. I gathered various quoteson different pavilion options andChicagoland Pergolas and Pavilions was very competitive for what you got - especiallywhen you start comparingthe type and size of lumber to others.They use top quality materials throughout - wood, paint, roofing, and stain.The actual build of the pavilion was also a fantastic experience. The crew was knowledgeable, friendly, communicative, easy to work with, and cleaned up along the way. Craftsmanship was top-notch, meaning the entire structurewas trimmed out nicely, numerouscoats of paint and stain applied, as well caulking on ********* and gaps for a flawless endresult.I would not hesitate to recommendChicagoland Pergolas and Pavilions to anyone looking for a pavilion and a great end to end experience.
