    Very unprofessional. First, I've been here a year and a half and never got my move in deposit back.Even though I was told that it was sent in the mail more than once. Second, they are very unresponsive. Not returning emails or phone calls and at some points mailbox was full and could not receive any more messages. Third, they will not fix anything that is their responsibility to fix but they will charge you for every little thing they can and will not take any charges off even if you show proof that you fixed it within the time frame. I could go on and on but I think you get the gist of it. If I could've rated 0 I would have.

    To whom it may concern,This company has proven to be incapable, inadequate, remedial, non-responsive, unprofessional, and highly suspect for the following reasons: - No response to 4 emails that I have placed with their AR team, and their generic information email alias. - No response to 4 calls and 3 voicemails to their only number that they provide on their website and on their informational mail documents. - All incoming calls to this company go straight to voicemail no matter what option you select.- Incorrect or missing information on their mail information documents attempting to inform the community residents on how to pay when they have not completed their own due diligence in setting up certain viable payment solutions. This company is NOT to be trusted.

    If only I had known that my property here at Westridge would be handled by one of the worst management companies that ever existed, I would have just looked for another place. They have terrible customer service! rude and arrogant, especially the Property Manager (*****) herself! Our water issues was already reported and filed long ago and there was no follow up on their part. Water overflowed in our kitchen everytime somebody turned on the faucet outside. She, the *** didnt even consider this as an emergency! I dont even know what her definition of emergency is. She is obviously incompetent and I agree with everything the other reviewers have mentioned here to warn others NOT TO PURCHASE ANY OF THEIR PROPERTIES! I think all I can do now is to pray and call the heavens for these incapable people to be replaced.

    Unfortunately at Euclid Terrace management does the minimum for us and we live in terrible conditions . Building door is rusted and falling apart, the washer is terrible, smells and is rusted all the way, stairs sink in on second level, building windows don't close well and nets are half broken, building heater is broken and rusted we have been 3 days without hot water and they can't be reached via phone or email. Overall terrible living conditions with management that hasn't once come out to see the property in person. I do have images to prove my claims that can be viewed on ****** review. The management needs to be audited due to the fact that they collect money that we pay and nothing is ever done
