    Shipped product in a timely manner however very poorly. The glass tip on the nectar collector I purchased was shattered in the box when it arrived. Due to the noise coming from the box I recorder my box opening experience. The titanium tip came loose and shattered the glass tip. In addition it hit the bubbler end piece which then left a large crack in it. Zero customer service. I have emailed them several times with no replies. Tried calling them and that was another waste of time. Poorly ran business.

    I purchased a product on SmokeDay at least 4 years ago. I was not sure if I trusted the site so I used a virtual card. Yesterday and today, the vendor attempted four fraudulent transactions. I had to change my password, add 2FA on all my major accounts ****************** banking, etc.) and delete all linked accounts to my banking. They still got through by using the old virtual card I had created. *********** confirmed with me that each of the fraudulent purchases came from a card originally used at SmokeDay. This is not a legitimate business.
