    My order came in promptly and before the day the initially said. A part of my order broke and their support team was able to promptly help out and I received a replacement in a couple days. Would definitely recommend!

    I placed an order and it took 10 days to deliver from 17 miles away. Wrong product delivered and I've emailed 3 times already with no response. Steer clear if you dont want to waste your time and money.

    This place is a ****. He sent me a non working item and did nothing about it except for make everything more difficult. I sent emails, pictures straight out of the shipping box, and even took a video for him to respond with a confused response for a week. He just gave me the run around. Waste of money.

    I was sent something completely different from what I ordered. I emailed the day it arrived that it was incorrect. No response. Ive sent another email with no response. Their phone number says due to covid pssst! Covid scare was years ago now for working issues. Come on! Really thats still your excuse. Covid! They cant take phone calls only emails. So then answer your emails. Be professional and send the correct and or fully working products to your customers.

    Made my first order for a 200$+ Lookah and paid 40 extra for shipping. It arrived seven days later and then when it arrived, it had a defect causing it to leak. They obviously didnt water test or even check if the piece had any problems. Emailed them immediately and a day later they finally send us a label and in the same email it suggests calling a week later to ensure they received the defect piece. Within 20 minutes of getting the return label we dropped it off at *** completely packed the way they had it. Three days later and havent heard back from them or even an update on a replacement or anything. Assuming it takes a week for them to get it, then another week to ship it to me. So three weeks after paying extra for shipping and received a defect piece. Insanely ***etting and definitely not buying anything here again. Buy or beware.

    We sent out a replacement item to this person as soon as we found out about the damage. Our records show item was delivered on the 31st of May and we sent the replacement on the 5th of June. Everything was sorted out and the buyer received the replacement in 3-4 days not 3 weeks. They have yet to update their review.

    Smoke day.com has really nice pieces, crazy pieces, all which are beautifully put together! Any type of smoking piece you looking for they have pieces that are better! Also they are very helpful and respond in a good time that if you have an issue they help right away to fix! Im very pleased about my purchase and its been awesome buying from them! When my phone was acting up I had to redo an order 3 times and I forgot to apply the discount they were offering at the time, I messed up and paid full price but I took a chance and messaged them and told them what happened and hoping I could still get the discount and there was someone right away who was able to help me out and Im very grateful and appreciate all the help they did for me!! I give 5 stars without a doubt to Smokeday.com thank you so much! Everyone needs to go check out everything they have to offer!
