Bag was ordered ~2 months ago, not delivered, and no response from the company to two emails from me. A dispute was initiated with Discover Card (who issued a TEMPORARY credit), over 30 days ago. From an online text conversation with Discover and a phone call I learned that MPS has not responded to Discover either. Because this is still part of my Discover credit record, I want this resolved: as in, officially refunded so the temporary notice on my Discover card is gone.k And I no longer want the bag. The case is simple: bag ordered and paid for, credit card charged, and bag not delivered.Business Response

This order was canceled due to a charge back received. We do not respond to chargebacks. They are all processed and decided by the banks. A simple request for a refund would have been all that was necessary. We are now unable to refund any funds as they are on hold by the process. Only option is now to wait. I am rejecting this response because:The bag was ordered May 07 2025. Not received, no communication from MPS.
An email was sent to MPS on May 23, 2025, asking about the status of the order. No response from MPS.
Another email was sent to MPS on May 30 2025, asking about the status of the order. No response from MPS.
A 'dispute' opened with Discover on Jun 04 2025. No response to Discover from MPS to date, or to me.
To date, there has been no such thing as a 'simple request' to MPS, because the company does not respond. I believe Discover will continue to try and work with MPS but the charge for the item is in limbo until MPS works with Discover to get this resolved.

I purchased an online order for a strong horizontal hidden badge wallet #***** with cutout # SC-113 total charged from my bank account was $38.98 including shipping. Order # ****** in January 2025 after several emails I finally got a response from **** who said they would look into it, that was March 2025. No further contact or responses from the company it is now June 2025. I want a refund or my ordered item. I purchased a Benchmade 290BK-2 Full Immunity knife for $270.00 on 7/25/2024 and never received it. The charge is shown on my **** statement, but I never received an order confirmation. I emailed the company on 8/21/2024 and after several f/u emails, I was told the knife had been on backorder but was now available. However, after the sales manager looked into it further, the knife was again on back order. At that point, I requested a refund, which the sales manager **** ****** processed on 9/10/2024 under invoice #******. It was first supposed to be credited back to my credit card but when that didn't happen. He processed the refund as a check. I have followed up several times as I still haven't received the refund. On July 19, 2024 I ordered a duty belt from Midwest Public Safety Outfitters, at ***********************************, for my husband. He is concerned about the fact that he has not received it as of yet. I have emailed the company looking for an estimated time of arrival, or some kind of explanation as to what the hold-up is. I received one response to the email, (stating they would look in to what the hold up might be ) then they quit responding. My husband has called the number on the email several times, with no answer or return phone call. I emailed again Friday 09/06/2024 stating that I would have the BBB involved, if they did not give me what I was asking for, as far as an explanation or resolution to the issue at hand. I received feedback that the individual I was emailing "was on vacation and he had sent my request up to his supervisor" but the supervisor never gave anymore feedback. What I want is resolution and transparency. Either send the belt, or give me a reason as to what the hold up is, or refund my money. It is all the 'shadiness' and not giving satisfactory answers, that has me concerned. The order number is ****** I paid $80.98 with a **** credit card.Business Response

I ordered a Badge on their website on July 26th 2024. I called them later on that week to see if they got the order as it still said processing on their email they had sent me. I called and left a voice mail and also sent an email. They sent me an email back stating that the order was placed over the weekend and was being processed and that they badge would come directly to me and I would get a tracking number when it shipped out. Today is August ****************************************************************** that they had gotten no orders from MPS Outfitters and that is why I had not gotten my badge. The badge on their website showed that it had a 5. Day build time from when it was ordered. ***** and ****** asked me to handle this with MPS outfitters since I had bought from them. My credit card was charged July 26th the night I ordered but the order has not been placed with ***** and ****** yet. I am going to buy this from a local company that I can walk in and order from and dispute the charges through MPS. I see lots of other complaints about the same things happening and they say they never got emails and they dont take phone calls. I have proof that they got my emails the question is why was my order never placed? Bad business practice, it seems that they do not have the staff to place the orders for online customers.
