      Paid and they took money. 7 days later they do not answer calls or emails asking for order status. Getting suspicious. Website says they ship within 3 days. I'ts been 7 days.

      I ordered a can of OC spray on the 10th of July. It said two to three business days to process. I have sent two emails with no response. I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered. A company that cannot keep up with supply and demand should not be an online company especially with poor professionalism of non-response

      Placed an order on June 9 (its July 3rd today), and Ive never received shoes. Replied to order email twice, no response. Called number listed and left message, no response. Again, sent a new email using email off website, no response. Im blown away if this is a scam. Never thought Id have to look into a company selling military/police gear. Huge disappointment.

      I placed an order for a high end baton ($189.99) on feb. 21, 2024 and as of today i have no return emails from this company regarding my order. I have sent several emails to the address given on their website. The don't answer phone calls as specified on their site also. My order no. is ****** and i want some one contact me. I want a refund or my product.
