  edited: employee stated "the company is not doing the job" , has threatened to sue for deception on this honest review. Awful experience with salesman, leadership, & communication -I had a job written and contract signed to have my roof replaced. My start date was received, my insurance check money was in their hands, and I had paperwork submitted to my credit union, insurance lender and mortgage lender...Then Axis canceled stating that they just realized something (that I have an ACV policy), which was listed on the FIRST correspondence I sent them, was not going to work unless I pay cash out of pocket without an estimate in hand. Notice of my ACV policy was sent 10/28/24 and they declined the job on 12/22/24 by text message. Nearly two months of poor communication happened. The salesman did not communicate in a timely fashion when they already made a mistake by missing the fact I had an ACV policy, but it was in plain sight. I have record of all communications by text and email. I worked with *******, and from reading other positive reviews online I wish I had an employee that knew more. When I called the office to request a call from the leader of my salesman, it took 3 days for return call. The lady who initially took my message said the owner would call me back, but she was the one who called me back and is apparently their lawyer. She said she'd write an estimate but to not expect it within ********************************************************************************************** any way - other than one estimate to my insurance agency, which **** then stated was incorrect due to possible added costs. So I don't know how you pay that out of pocket. Waiting for an answer. This company does not seem to want the job unless you have a super easy insurance policy that writes big checks and is not ACV based on this experience - or I would have been told what the amount they're requesting from me is so I can actually be able to pay.

  Never did any work for this customer. She was unwilling to pay out of pocket expenses to get the job done and keeps leaving reviews all over every platform possible. She needs to go away.

  The Axis contracting crew that did my roof was top notch they showed up and got right to work stayed busy the whole time they were here like a well oiled machine. Roof was done mid afternoon and then the clean up started. When they left you couldn't even tell they were here other then the new shingles on the roof. My field supervisor ********************* was there to make sure my wife and I were happy with the job being done and answer any questions along the way. Thank you Axis contracting, the crew, and *********************

  I had ******* damaged by a hail storm. ********************* came out and inspected it for free, found damage, and then returned to show my insurance inspector what he had found. I believe **** was instrumental in getting insurance to cover the entire cost of roof replacement. A team of experienced roofers came out and removed my old shingles and installed new in one day. They stayed until dark cleaning up all debris in my yard. The whole process was painless and the roof and gutters look great. I would recommend ******************** to any friends or family without hesitation.

  Best company I've ever used to this day. Insane customer service. Always always kept in the loop. If you need a roof or anything of that nature look no further. This is who you want. (**** was my contractor but the whole company is great, spoke with the owner a few times and he really helps with anything I needed)

  Ive been dealing with contractors for over 40 years and Axis Contracting has been my worst experience to date. The lies, unprofessionalism, not showing up when I was told they were on their way and poor workmanship is just the start. The first roofing crew that showed up looked like they came from the ********** parking lot where they were waiting for a contractor to give them work. The crew consisted of 3 men and two women. The women pretty much sat around all day and took selfies of themselves. The roofers had no regard for the beautiful landscaping. I had to make them put up a tarp to protect 40 year hydrangeas that cant be replaced. Luckily I was the one who realized they installed ridge caps instead of ridge vents and they covered up a hole writhing shingles at the peak which was intended for a turtle type vent. The job took twice as long as they promised me it would take and when they were finished cleaning up my wife was thanking them and one of the crew gestured to her that he would like to be thanked with money. The gutters were supposed to be installed a few days after the roof was completed and after more lies and weeks passed I finally had to fire them. If you enjoy headaches and sleepless nights hire this company.

  Customer was upset that his large, steep roof was not completed in one day. He called the office to complain that the crew was not large enough when **************** started, we sent another 7 roofers out the same day. Our contracts are very specific about potential damage to trees and shrubs, our crew tarped all the landscaping, we even put picnic tables to protect the plants under the tarps and they were still not satisfied. The customer was thanking our crew during clean up after the project was completed, probably because we did a good job. The roof was installed up to code and all manufacturer specifications. Customer requested an additional shed in the back of the house to be included in the work that was not initially on the contract and we had to add that to the work order as well. Getting a large, steep roof completed in two days takes a lot of work and our crews work very hard in extreme heat and did the best they could to complete the job properly and in a timely manner. When the roof was finished, customer requested the gutters be replaced immediately after and on his own schedule, we were unable to get a crew the specific day he requested and he then cancelled remainder of the contract which included gutters and gutter guards. We work hard and try our best to please our customers and I don't think this negative review should have been submitted due to the small complaints and issues but we will continue to work hard and prioritize quality over quick incomplete work.

  Axis Contracting did a wonderful job on my roof. They repaired all hidden damages without taking any shortcuts. The time it took to repair the house was reasonable. They were well mannered and respectful. My house looks great again. Their pricing was reasonable. If I ever have damager again, I will call them immediately.

  Axis contracting and *************************** have been a pleasure to work with. After my roof was damaged Axis was the first one at my door asking if they could do a free inspection. They were honest and upfront about what the cost was going to be. ***** kept me up to date on the project from start to finish. He is very professional and a pleasure to work with. I recommend Axis and would use them again if needed in the future.
