    *********** did the roof on our home right before we moved in. The flashing was done incorrectly. I called when the leak started, and *** came out. He told me that he stands behind his work but that the leak was caused by something else. After having multiple roofers and a water damage company all verify the leak was from the flashing, we reached out again. We were not expecting to have to spend several thousand dollars to fix our new roof. *** requested a written explanation of what was incorrect. We got the written explanation (and paid for this). *** is now refusing to do anything to fix the leak. This company does not stand behind their work. They will also request explanations of what they did wrong (which homeowners often have to pay for) with no intention of doing anything to fix the issue. Do not use this company. *** seemed really nice at first, but all that changed when we asked him to take responsibility for poor workmanship.
