      I just called E&R. A young lady named ****** answered the phone. I greeted her very politely and then began to ask what I had called about. I live in ********************** which you have a contract for. So I was asking if my plate sticker expired today would I be towed. I also asked will I have the 30 day extension that the state provided before ticketing and issuing late fee for expired plate sticker. She answered me in a very snobby tone. I still had more questions after she answered my question because I didnt understand her answer. She became even more nastier with me telling me that I do understood what she is saying I just dont agree . When there was never anything to agree or disagree about. I then told her that I didnt see the information on my lease and thats why I was calling to ask. She told me thats not her issue and to call my property manager . Which I did call after I got off the phone with her and my property manager said E&R is to no longer tow cars with expired stickers. I called E&R back and Tierra answered again. I began explaimg what my property manager said , Tierra cut me off and told me she didnt ask me what they said and that she didnt know why Im calling back. I asked to speak to a a manager first she said the manager was on a call , then said she was standing right next to her listening so there was no need of me speaking with her. The way Tierra treats and talks to people is ridiculous seriously . Im a manager and if any of my associates were answering the phones like that they would be terminated as that is unacceptable. I used to work for CHA and also recommended a driver to your company that still works there now. Im completely disgusted with E&R now. I will be leaving a review on every platform necessary because thats distasteful

      Wednesday, 8/24/23 Paid &****** for tow To safely tow vehicle to home in Justice from Lemont Tow truck driver damaged vehicle unloading it. Driver said he was new.File'd claim along with picture of damage by e-mail 9/9/22 Week before, Thanksgiving was told *** (claim) had to get ahold of tow truck driver. because driver no longer worked there. 1/6/23 spoke with ***, who no longer works there and was told same thing. Have called and called and left message after message for *** to call me back and nothing. Even left messages that I would settle for $332.80 for the tow and replacement parts. tow sheet number ******* Hope you can help me. Thank You my phone ************ *******

      I had a car that was towed by E&R towning. The company was supposed to take over the title of the car and get new license plates. The company did not switch over the plates attached to that car and they sold the car to another buyer but still have the plates in my name which is fraud! I have got tickets from the Illinois highway patrol because the new owner of the car is getting toll both fines under my name. I need the company to pay these fines and get the plates out of my name.

      We will need more information to follow up with this claim.  The year,make, model, vin # and license plate number of the ********************.  Also the date of the transaction.
