      Paid my bill but they sent me another bill with a late charge. I keep calling but I get a message that the person is on the phone and then it hangs up. I have sent emails and letters but I never get a response. I just received another bill but I have the canceled check that they cashed weeks ago.

      I was receiving my Libre 14 day sensors on time every month and suddenly they stopped responding. I made 15 phone calls where I had to leave a call back message but was never contacted. I sent them an email and it was returned as undeliverable. I tried to contact them on their web page and again that attempt failed. Because I was without sensors to test my glucose level, my a1c rose from 5.6 to 8! Meanwhile it seems they have left ******* and moved to another state. I contacted the manufacturer ****** and they connected me to a new supplier. The only good thing they did was to stop billing ******** when they stopped shipping sensors.
