When I called and told the young lady that answered the phone that I had just got discharged from my bankruptcy June 2024 and that I did not have a down payment but I was in need a car so I can get back-and-forth to work. She stated to me that they have programs that help with your down payment. And they also have programs that worked with people who fire bankruptcy. I purchased a car from them back in 2018 with a bankruptcy on my credit and no money down. So when she told me that they will be able to get me a loan for a car, I believed them, but something in my spirit told me that I was being lied to. So I did not go for my initial appointment at 4 PM, around 6:00 PM a sales *** called and asked me how come I didn't come and I told him how I was feeling. He then told me he would be able to get me a lone for a car with no money down and with my bankruptcy on my credit. So I did go and I again told him on the phone that I did not have any money down and a bankruptcy on my credit. So when I get there he runs my credit and I'm told by him he can't find me anything with no money down because of my bankruptcy, you will have to put $5000 down or get a coigner. So I told him that I told you about my bankruptcy, I told you I don't have a down payment and you told me that you would still be able to get me a car. I just don't like being lied to. I just don't like my time being wasted. So they're in the business of lying to people to come in.

This business ruined my car. I took my 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport in for a routine Wheel bearing replacement as Described on my service repair estimate that they suggested to be fixed. They performed a 27- point diagnostic test in which they listed all things that needed repair. I signed off on Wheel Bearing Replacement - Front: right front hub bearing worn for $757.09 and an ABS Wheel Speed Sensor Replacement: ABS sensor Will need with new wheel bearing for $542.67. Well, in replacing the two parts I signed off for the technician ****** broke my axle and the representative **** summarized it as consequential ************ they want me to pay for it. Its not only negligence on the dealerships part but also they need to be held responsible for breaking automobiles on their watch. My car did not come in with a broke axle and somehow its my responsibility? Unacceptable. I will be calling Mitsubishi corporate offices and letting them know they have incompetent, incapable, irresponsible technicians working on their products.

This is just my first stop, I will be filing my complaints with Mitsubishi Corporate, and anywhere else I can to make others aware of the lack of concern shown at this dealership. I purchased by car in March 2019, and I have had nothing but issue after issue with the first service manager ***** who is no longer there, and current service manager ****, as well as several others in the service department ************ When I had my first issue, I was called by the general manager on site and instead of solving my issue he suggested lets us put you in a new vehicle so you won't have these issues. It's all about making money with these people. My current issue started about 5 mionths ago. My oil light flickered, never stayed on. It was not time for an oil change however I had my oil checked to find there was "zero" oil in car, so low that the dip stick was burnt. I took it in and was told they would do a oil consumption test, and I had to take it back every 1,000-1,250 for this test, did that 3 times and the last time i was suppose to bring it back at ***** miles and I had about ***** miles left before taking it back in and my oil light flickered again and there again was no oil in the car. I called and they told me because my car wasnt under warranty they would need to charge me to have it towed. That ****** me off because this is your issue not mine. So I had AAA tow to shop. ****-Service Mgr and **** - Service Advisor both told me they would call me once they look at the vehicle. So on Monday **** - Mgr called and told me that I would be charged $170 for them to do a diagnostic report, I told them I wasn't paying anything when it wasnt my fault. They look at the car and speak with Mitsubishi and they said it was not there issue and would need to start a oil consumption again and thought they did my a favor and charged me $85 which was some BS. I paid it to get my car back but feel they are totally giving me the run around and I will not stop until my voice is heard

I was looking around for cars and I got told the price of $800 a month after I had signed the paperwork not only that they made me drive the car off the lot without insurance and the car is only worth a third of its value. I'm looking for an attorney right now

I would continue walking before I buy from here DONT BUY ANYTHING USED FROM HERE, they don't do any work on the CARS/SUV before they attempt to sell them, they care about the people, especially management, ****** the manager acts like he doesn't know anything when the stuff hits the fan and crawls under a rock and hide they sold my 19-year-old a truck that after 4 days of coming back and forth about the same issue the truck cut off on 294 and my son was almost hit by an 18 ******* truck they still have the truck because we returned it with both set s of keys and they still haven't called the bank to cancel the contract they don't care who they killed, robe or steal to make money, and they can't lie and say they service the vehicle prior too selling it because I found the previous owner of the truck and she told me that's why she got rid of it on the 18th of May and my son brought it on May 19 all they did was wash it
