    **** and ***** were PHENOMENAL.. I really didn't believe I would get a car but they made SURE it happened! Forever grateful to those two and the Hyundai Team! I'd recommend to ANYONE

    This folks called me telling me I can come in & they'll put me in a vehicle no money down. I come over & they talk to me & walk off very unprofessional, then I give them my pay stubs & the manager tells me I need a co-signer. They only looked at my just recent pay stub they didn't look at any of my other pay stubs & because of them looking at my 1 week pay stub of a bad week they telling me I need a co-signer. Then i get someone to see if they can co-sign & the manager see I have somebody & instead of coming over he walks out the building. This place lies they wasn't going to put me in ************ wasted my ********** coming here

    I purchased a 2017 Hyundai Tuscon on 8/30/2021 from World Hyundai. On 10/29/2022 my engine went out after only having the car for 1 year and 2 months. My car was towed to the dealership. They had my car for an entire month and could not giving me a rental. So I was ubering back and forth from work and taking my kids to school in an uber for a whole month. On 11/28/2022 my engine was denied after they had told me it was under warranty. They never could tell me why it was denied and I still don't know the reason. On 11/28/2022 my mom and I went to the dealership as soon as I found out about my car. We sat in there from 11:30am to 7:30pm. I ended up purchasing a 2023 Tuscon with a very high car note that I told them I could not afford. After being up all night I took the car back the next morning 11/29/2022 and they told me I could not return the car. When I got it the day before no one said I could not bring it back. We put down ******** and still ended up with an ****** car note. This cannot be right. Now I'm stuck with this car and still trying to give it back. The customer service there was terrible from the finance manager and the service manager. This is my 3rd and last car I will ever purchase from them.

    I bought a 2017 sonata back in 2019 u was pleased with the service and deal I got. Then the problems started in February this year. The engine started knocking I was still under warranty so I took it to a Hyundai dealer and the said it was a system issue and they assured me that my engine was fine. So I continued driving it. I alway keep up the maintenance on a car because its my livelihood. I work 50 miles away from, I know the importance! Mid November I got a tune up because my check engine light came on and the code said I needed new coils i replaced my sparks and coils. The licensed mechanic that did the work told me 3 sparks had oil rings on them. Meaning oil is leaking out my engine. At this time my car is no longer covered by the warranty. One week later the light popped up again and the engine was knocking AGAIN. I take the car back Hyundai because I wanted to get it appraised and figure out what to do I have to have a way to and from work. Hyundai told me they couldnt appraise my car without running my credit. *** never traded in a car before so I didnt know how it worked. So I let them run my credit before I could really think about it or get advice the sales man told me my car was only worth **** and they forced me into a new car and gave me a 16% interest rate. Im not to knowledgeable about cars so I thought I was getting a good deal. Im stuck with a car that I dont really like and a note thats too high. I explained to them that I wasnt satisfied and they made me sign another contract promising it would lower my payments but it was only by 20 dollars. I really regret making this decision. I was really desperate because of a need for a vehicle. I know I didnt get the best deal possible.

    All liars and scam artist!! I was contacted by the dealership after I received a pre-approval online. I went in with my paperwork and after they ran 3 credit checks I was approved and financed for a used 2018 Hyundai Sonata with no money down. I signed the contract, received the keys and registration then left. 2 days later the battery died. Called for the car to be serviced and they tried to charge me for the battery change. I then went back to speak with the finance manager to ask about returning the vehicle due to bad service and a junk vehicle. He stated that I couldn't return the vehicle because of some new law in ********. 2 weeks after that the same finance manager called me saying something went wrong with the financing and we need you to sign with another bank only to get me there to ask that I put $1,000 down to keep the vehicle. I explained that I'm not putting any money towards the vehicle because I clearly signed a lease and drove away without putting money down. Then the woman who claimed to be the business owner comes and demands the keys and threatened to call the sheriff's if I didn't leave for no reason at all.

    On 9/3/22 I purchase a 2019 Tucson within 2 months I been back 3x for repairs. After purchasing this vehicle within a week I notice an leakage underneath the front of my truck not only that my doors didn't lock I bought it back on 9/23/22 so they can fix the problem only thing they did was correct the locks. Two days later s service repair signal came on I took it to Hyundai on 91st ****** they told me I might need an oil change but they couldn't see until about ***** days later so I took it to **** dealership and they change my oil the signal went away 2 days later the engine lights came on I took it back to World Hyundai where I purchase the truck from on 10/8/22 they said no oil was in there( prior to this matter I told them I have a leakage under my truck) so they (World Hyundai ) put oil in my truck and told me to check it with the dipstick and if it's under a certain line to bring it back I was not able to check it because the engine light came back on now here it is 10/14/22 and I'm back here again now it feels like the care is resisting it would not go no faster than ***** miles it feel like it's pulling. I NO LONGER WANTS TO BE BOTHER WITH THIS ***** CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS SITUATION I ASK THEM TO GIVE ME ANOTHER VEHICLE EVERY TIME I SUGGEST THAT ITS LIKE THE SALESPERSON THAT SOLD ME THE ***** IS IGNORING ME MY WARRANTY WILL EXPIRE AT ***** MILES AND IM ALREADY AT ***** SO AFTER AWHILE I WILL BE COMING OUT MY POCKET WITH PAYMENTS AND RIGHT NOW I CANT AFFORD IT AND NOT ONLY THAT I REALLY SHOULD NOT BE HAVING THE PROBLEM IM HAVING WITH THIS *****. PLEASE HELP ME

    I purchased a 2017 Hyundai Sonata in January 2017. By March 2020, the cars engine display a defect in it (leaking oil in the engine). Ive meet two other customers with 2017 Hyundai Sonatas who has been experiencing the same problem and their issues started in 2020 too. Hyundai has been giving me the run away for almost 3 years, instead of replacing the cars engine. They have given me over 7 oil consumptions with no rental car. They keep my car over night from anywhere from 1-3 days, and I have to figure out how to get to and from work. On one occasion, my car had no oil in it when I brought the car to them. They had me to pick up the car a day later and as I was driving home the oil light came on. I checked the oil and there was not one drop of oil. I have to get a oil change once a week.. Within a week, my car has no oil because it leaks into the engine. If I try to put oil in my car, the oil leaks on the cylinders and spark plugs causing me to have to replace the cylinders and spark plugs or have them cleaned. Hyundais solution is for me to purchase another car and trade that one in. This has been an almost 3 year nightmare. The real problem is Hyundai corporation. They do not honor their warranty and they look for loopholes.

    I bought a used vehicle from World Hyundai. Asked the salesman for the carfax. He said he was new - it looked good but didn't know how to print it. Got in my vehicle and went home after spending the day there because it took forever. Realized they gave me the vehicle on E and no floor mats. Called to complain. The person I talked to said it was because I haggled the price. I didn't. Found out years later when I went to trade it in that the vehicle was in a collision that caused airbags deployed. The engine died last week and went to trade it in. This salesman told me it was in two collisions. One major. Airbags deployed. Major damage. They won't even resell it. I was lied to, taken advantage of. I would NEVER use World Hyundai again. Plus I have gotten bombarded by sales calls asking to trade it in.
