      I often order from Ashley Stewart I called in to make my payment but their system was not working proper and I called several times no answer just a robot days later I finally got through and now I receive a late fee if $37 I dont feel like I should have to pay when I have made several attempts

      I paid my balance off on this account only to be charged interest on a zero balance. This appears to be an illegal practice. I paid the total balance due but still getting charged interest? Im reporting this because I feel the Ashley Stewart co. Is stealing by using this practice

      My balance on this account was $76 dollars now they are telling me it's $205 late fees I have paid on this account before due date and I have made payments they are tell me I haven't made payments so where did my payments go please let me know interest $40 late fee$40 to much

      I am officially never shopping with Ashley Stewart in life it's like who do you have making these clothes did you pick one fat chick and said this is the model for every fat chick in *******??!!!! So I bought this shirt it's supposed to be denim super thin but that's not my issue when I purchased this shirt I literally bought it 2 sizes bigger than my normal size because I wanted it loose when I received it in the mail I didn't even try it on because I knew I bought it two sizes bigger I go to put this shirt on today and it's tight I'm barely fitting it and I'm like what is going on?! I can't return it because I purchased it months ago and I'm just really angry mind you I have a denim dress the same size as this shirt that is too big literally falls off me I didn't mind buying it because denim can be shrunk. I also bought some sweatpants in a 3x just to make sure they fit they are way to big had to give them away but I buy a 2x in another pair of pants and I can't button them up had to buy the pants again in a 3. You should be ashamed to call yourself a plus size store because you're not. Most of material is cheap and God awful it's not made for tall people or people with belly. Most of your patterns belong in a thrift store and you don't cater to the customer who made a name for you PLUS SIZE LADIES DON'T SHOP HERE!

      I made a purchase at Ashley Stewart in May of 2023. I attempted to return the unwanted items from the purchase in June. I was told by the new employee that because it was 1 day past the return period I couldn't be issued a refund. When I inquired about an exchange/store credit, I was told I could do that, but the exchange amount would be 50% less than what I originally paid for the items. I was also told by the same new employee that said policy had just been put into effect that very day. When asked for a corporate number, I couldn't be provided with the correct one, but was given an online ordering number instead. My purchases were made in store. Upon contacting the given number, I was told to email the company which I immediately did because they couldn't help. I emailed on 6/1, 6/8, and in July. A determination wasn't sent until 8/12. The initial email response on June 1st suggested that a positive outcome would come of the situation, I was asked for the order number (**********) and what items I wanted to return so that they could help me get it resolved. I responded back and waited patiently for a response. I emailed again on June 8th, and a couple of times in July with responses of "Oh, we wouldn't leave you hanging, we'll be responding back soon from *******. On August 12th, I received a very blunt email from *************************** basically stating their policy stands as is and that's that and they couldn't help me. I emailed ***** back and got a response of the decision is final. This company led me to believe through various conversations and emails that I would be allowed to return and/or exchange the unwanted items. The final email was extremely rude/unprofessional on *****'s part, the items are brand new and still in their original condition with tags attached, and I would like for them to reconsider their decision. They pretended/waited for 2 plus months like they were all for giving me a great customer service outcome which turned out not to be the case.

      I placed an order on 07/14/2022 order number P ********. The order was never delivered through **** *** reports they were not able to locate the address and attempted to try the delivery again. After unsuccessful attempts, I advised *** to return the items back to the sender. I immediately reached out to Ashley Stewart to advise I returned the package and the agent advised charges will be refunded including the return shipping charges. According to Ashley Stewart, the charges were reversed and I would need to speak to the bank. I should not have to go back and forth and fight to get the charges reversed from an order that I did not receive. I did speak with a supervisor that she filed a case and advised she would send it to corporate for review. In less than 5 mins I received an email stating that the charges were refunded back to the original form of payment. Then referred me back to the bank for resolution and offered me 10% off a future purchase. I will not be shopping with a company that cannot take accountability for its services. They should reach out to the bank and get those charges reversed since the purchase was made on their store card that is backed by their bank of choice. I will close this card and choose not to do business with them. No accountability is being taken on both parties and leaving their customers hanging not knowing what to do next since everyone is passing the buck. I am not reaching back out to the credit card company to fight for the fees to be reversed on charges that should have been voided 100%.

      I Place them in order Humanities economics philosophy it's ago I have not received all of my merchandise I called them they told me that the other part of my order would be on the way and it didn't get here so I called them back I was told that they don't know what happened to the package they don't even know if it left the warehouse or if it was given to *** I pay you my money upfront for my merchandise I don't pay you when I get my merchandise so I have paid for something and I have not received it the people on your phone to answer them are not very polite they are not very helpful they don't figure out how to get to the bottom of things so now all the things that I've ordered a lot of them is no longer on clearance a lot of them are no longer in my size so now what am I supposed to do it seems like I don't know if you all have gotten a new distributing Company but they are not distributing people merchandise out like they should I've looked at so many reviews and they're horrible and I've been dealing with Ashley store for a long time but this is ridiculous that I can't receive the merchandise that I paid for or that I have to wait another 10 to 20 days to get a refund back I spent almost $700 that's not no little bit of money right now and it's like I can't get any help from anybody you can't find a corporate phone number you can't find a corporate email address I want my merchandise I feel like the company owes me an apology and I should be giving some credit due to the fact that I'm going through all of this with this company I don't know is if the company is going downhill or what's happening with you all but I would appreciate if y'all get your act together I shop online with Ashley Stewart at least twice a month and this is what's happening this is how you wanna treat your customers I want my package I want an apology and I feel like I deserve some type of credit Ashley store it's not a good brand anymore he doesn't put their customers first anymore
