      I'm so disappointed been paying my bill early the due date is the 28th of the month I have received harassing phone calls and are being charged a late fee because my payment is paid between the 1st and 6th of the month I have decided that once my balance is paid off will never again make larger purchases from them again.

      Hello, I have been with ***** STEWART for at least 5 years and have NEVER missed a payment. I paid my balance on the automated system $14 (yes $14 ) dumb system said $4 was less than the balance, I said no $14) I knew my bill was paid in full. Never received a call, no bill in the mail NOTHING! I go to use my card DECLINED!! I said Declined, I don't owe them anything these .Put me on the credit bureau for $10. dropped my credit score 33 points!! I'm going fight this!! I work to hard to have good credit!! Ashley Stewart!! FB you know better!! **!!!!!! FURIOUS!!! If I could learn 0 stars I would!!!!

      I ordered two pair of slacks that were two big. I returned them and I paid for the return and never received a refund. Even though I received a email stating I would get a refund. I NEVER RECEIVED IT. *********************

      Had problems doing a return called customer support several times and no one was able to help me. But I was offered a discount for the next time . The last time I called the supervisor hung up the phone. Unbelievable that a store so big as Ashley Stewart has so poor customer service!!
