Our house was hit by two cars resulting in HVAC issues. The owner quoted us $4,595 and with the funds issued from ********* we paid $4,000 at his request. He then installed the actual until and advised that he would not complete the installation of the electrical casing until he was paid the remaining $595. We issued the payment and was told it would be a couple of weeks as of July 28th of 2024, and said not to call. We did end up contacting him on 08/26/24 and he said he would come complete the installation. He never came. Then he said he would come September *****th. We have already paid him and it was an issue getting him to come here in the first place. Hes now dodging calls and texts. The electrical casing is the last thing that needs done for our house to be completely back to normal since the wreck. We need a completed invoice to send to our mortgage lender as well. According to Duct Busters ****** reviews we are not the first ****** he has done this to. This has been incredibly stressful and we just want to put this accident behind us. I do have photos of us reaching out and his partial invoice but they are not uploading for some reason. I can also provide photo images for when he cashed the checks that were issued. I can email them if need be

I purchased a 2 ton ** unit and had ***************** install it at one of my rental units. This was 1 of 4 units I had him install. This unit was installed 9-20-2023. Total cost was $3500. The ** was never used that fall. When the summer came around the ** wasnt keeping the house cool. I had many conversations with *** asking him to fix the **. I received excuses after excuses and no call backs. I had to block my # to even get him to answer his phone. He told me the unit had a 10 year parts and labor warranty. Come to find out it is only a 5 year parts warranty. The unit still does not work. I had another HV** technician diagnose it and found that he had it overcharged and the compressor locked up. I have called multiple times and he has now ghosted me. He is the only warranty approved company in our area for that companys ** units. I will now have to pay another HV** company fix the problem. I want him to acknowledge and fix the issue.
