    My car has been in their Tuscola shop for 7 weeks and 4 days to replace a catalytic converter, I still do not have it back. I keep getting promised that it will be ready tomorrow but tomorrow never seems to come.. The car was dropped off on April 15, it took two weeks to get a quote, a 50% down payment was giver on April 30 with a promise that it would be be done the following week. They keep putting other customers ahead of us and most of the time when I drive by the shop to check on the progress no one is there. The phone keeps going to voice mail but no is returning my call, I want my car repaired and returned.

    I have spoke with this customer the day after he made this review and reminded him that my original quote he could not afford the repair so we found an online option that we had to order in which took 14 business days to get and they ended up sending us the wrong one. I have cleared all this up with ******. He will be getting his vehicle back this week and Ive also told him that I would discount for the extra days it took which he agreed that that was proper compensation. One of the problems was his vehicle is vent as a 2.0 L engine and it has a 1.8 L engine, which is why we got the wrong parts wasnt necessarily where we ordered it from or who we ordered it from the Vin number is for a 2.0 engine I can send proof of the job being discounted and then being satisfied with the discount or whatever I need to do to get this to not go against my Better Business Bureau A+ rating
