      The only reason to go to Loyola is if everyone else is closed. Their billing department is incompetent. Twice I've been charged over $500 for a simple blood test because they entered the insurance code incorrectly. People make mistakes, but when you keep making the same mistake there is something wrong. Another time they agreed to put me on a payment plan, then withdrew the entire bill. Money was really tight before they finally fixed the error months later. Fixing their own mistakes is not a priority for them. If their doctors are as poor as their customer service they'd be deadly. It's worth it to drive further to go somewhere else. I'd give them zero stars if I could.
