    I ordered a range finder from your website 2 weeks ago...nothing received but yet I was charged ***** for some bogus thing I never signed up for...what is going on here..

    So I see in other complaints that people of experienced a recurring charge of $29 a month. I did not sign up for this and when I log in I can not find where to cancel this. I have now been charged twice and want the money refunded. I merely was buying a range finder gift for my wife. I tried your contact page and it only gave me an error. Do a better job on your website so we can cancel this terrible scam.

    Terrible customer service. Wanted to return range finder as I was not happy with performance. No problem they said. I needed to wait 2 days for return label. 2 days later said they can only give a return label if I said it was defective. Spoke to ****. I asked to speak to a supervisor, he said they only reply via email. I just wanted to speak to a human. He said no as it was company policy. I will mail product back on my dime and hope I get a refund. Not confident at this point.

    The magnet is weak quality of the rangefinder is sub par.. Somehow they started charging $29.00 / month for a website that was hidden in the purchase paperwork. They will not reverse the charges. BE VERY AWARE! This company is crooked and deceitful. STAY AWAY!

    Absolutely a terrible company to buy from. They can't even manage to ship an item 50 miles in a week and still expect you to pay for shipping when you could walk there and pick it up faster. I don't recommend this company and will never buy from them again. I will probably return the item if it ever arrives. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with

Even being 50 miles apart shipping services can be within the stated time frame.     I have a few products from here. A rangefinder, the wedges, the golf *****, and a putting mirror. All have shipped quickly. All are up to my standards for quality. I'll definitely buy again if they offer something I need.

    I bought the Elite rangefinder and its proven to be very accurate. Compared to my friends more expensive ones we get the same readings. Strong magnet too, happy with this product!

    Shady. I bought a golf rangefinder and then after 4 days was told I was being billed for $29/** for a "club" subscription I never asked for or wanted. I've sent 5 messages witrh no response. Funny, when I had a question before I purchased the rangefinder, then responded immediately.

    Not only, after 4 attempts to get instructions on how to use their SpeedTrap , I now find that they are continuing to charge me $49.95 for something I have not ordered. Have no way of finding out what that charge is for. Unable to get ANY information!!!!
