    Ordered dietary supplements Nov. 23/22. Shipped Nov. 26/22. Received Dec. 5/23. 60 day money back guarantee. Requested refund Jan. 16/23. Returned supplements Jan 23/23. Received Jan. 30/23. Was told by Alpilean bottles werent returned in 60 days so no refund. No where in their 60 day guarantee does it say items have to be returned within the 60 days. It just says contact us within 60 days and refund will be issued. No hassle. When I called to request refund no one said product had to be returned by a certain day. (3 days to ship- 10 days to deliver and 8 days to return). Apparently 60 day guarantee includes 20 days in transit. I returned product and they refused to refund the $416.49 cdn. Order #B4BNUZTG. (Nov.23/22. Return shipping **** #LM183029957CA. Return request was done through ********** Jan.16/23. (www.clkbank.com). When contacted they said Alpilean refused refund. I wouldnt have paid to return the product if I knew refund would be refused. So my complaint is False and Misleading Advertising. I would like you assistance in resolving this matter. Thanks

    Alpilean is supposedly a company that sells weight loss drugs. I unfortunately fell for what I believe to be a scam and purchased the product using my credit card. Once purchased, I received a confirmation email and days later a shipping confirmation. I have yet to receive a product. The customer service department sends me generic responses to my requests for a refund and the customer service phone number listed on their website is the phone number to a company called click bank. When researching Alpliean online, all of the websites with reviews are the same and it is all pointing to what seems to be a scam and fake company.

    Looking into the case I see that the customer service agent responded to your email with a link to the tracking of your parcel and you were told it was in transit. It was also mentioned in the email to let us know if your parcel had not been received in 21 days so we could assist with the next steps. You did not respond to that customer service agent,and they would have assumed you did not need any further assistance.

     

    I have looked at the tracking and can see the parcel is in transit and it is also still within 21 days of the purchase date.Nevertheless, I have gone ahead and actioned a full refund for your entire order which should be back to your account in the next 3-5 days.

    On November 20, 2022, I placed an order SKMIGV7Y (6 bottles $249.50) & Order SKMIGVSY (9 bottles $210.05 ) total of 15 bottles ($459.55) and according to the tracking number DHL/**** attached it was delivered on 11/25/2022. This would be the earliest day that I could try alpilean.I contacted ********** on 1/17/2023 which was still within 60 days to return. I mailed via **** tracking ********************** shipped on 1/24/2023 and it was delivered on 1/26/2023. Delivered, ********************************************************* January 26, 2023, 1:52 pm ClickBank stated that they will not refund because the policy is 60 days from order date. Where does it say this? They were not helpful at all. Through this process they took my money fast but now with the refund they were not nice at all.Attached is your 100% 60 day money back guarantee and this does not state 60 days from order date. It is 100% satisfaction that the product works and I was not able to try this product until it was delivered 11/25/2022. I sent 14 full bottles and 1 empty bottle.Alpilean responded and said sorry you missed it and there is no number to talk to a human being.Attached is the return instructions that click bank sent me they do not say anything about ship by a certain date but I made them aware of the return within the 60 days and shipped out 60 days from when I received the order.Please someone get back to me and provide a refund.

    I contacted the company on 1/12/2023 for a guaranteed refund. They contacted me back on 1/16/2023 and said that I passed the refund window of 1/15/2023 and refused to honor the money back guarantee even though l clearly requested well before the time even asking me same day to be patient because they were busy!

    Placed 1 order on their website on ********************************* 11/20 For 1 set (6 bottles) plus 2 free bonuses as stated on their website for total of $234.00 No receipt ever emailed or acknowledgment of order. 11/21 charge was applied for 1st order $254.87 plus another charge of $247.24 total bill of $502.11 On 11/26 I received my first order plus another 9 bottles. I immediately started email them about product overage thinking someone made a mistake, it's then I found the extra fraudulent charges. They started a run around game by blocking my email and passing my email off to make it look like I was dealing with different reps each email, by using different rep names. They tried to haggle me and cut me a refund deal of 25% for both charges. I told them repeatedly I didn't want nor did I order the extra product and I would be sending it back. They continued the run around for 3 days on a request of refund for everything that I would send everything back. It was then they informed me they wouldn't refund if they didn't get it ALL back. If there posed a problem with the correct information in the mailing slip and its information, that they would not refund and also will keep the product. During the avoidance emails and run around I had disputed the 2nd charge with my credit card and informed them about what was happening. They did a chargeback on the 2nd order, and told us to send the product back with tracking so we can dispute the 1st charge.11/28 i sent the product back **** with tracking and provided the number to Alpi. 11/29 they refund the 1st charge. I had to pay $10.80 to send this back for absolutely no fault of my own. They fraudulently charged my card without permission for the 2nd set of bottles and then made me pay extra to send product back when I NEVER ordered the 2nd set. Had this not happened I probably would've kept the initial order I made without any problems but this is absolute theft, misuse of my credit card information, and false advertisement.

    From reviewing the emails, it seems you were given the instructions immediately on how to return your bottles, which you followed, and then the team issued a refund for half the order on the 28th November. Due to the chargeback you filed, as per standard procedures, we couldnt issue a refund against the other half as the chargeback had gone through. This was explained by the customer service member.

    Alpilean has not direct customer service. Emails sent need to go through another company. Their website states a full refund if not happy and easy cancellation. Neither of these is true. I want a full refund for this product.

    I saw an ad on November 7th and decided to buy this company's diet supplements. They said that they are sale this supplement on only their website, not other places.This product and company name is Alpilean. Order ID: CSGFACSF Product: Alpilean - 1 Bottle Price: $74.85 Order ID: CSGFACTF Product: 9 More Bottles of Alpilean Price: $216.70 Order ID: ******** Product: Alpilean Wellness Box - First Box Free For New Customers!Price: $29.95 Those all were my first order, that they said.They ship those differently, and charged free items shipping fee as $29.95, which never explained.So, I do ask them and cancel those all but they didnt reply, waited 2 days.So, I called my credit company and card company said they didnt charge yet, so I discussed this issue and they will block this company Alpilean when they will try to charge. But during that day, they never said do cancel, they said we already ship your item and we do 25% off your all purchase price.You are late to cancel by email.They wont cancel those and sneaky to change those information of them.However, I said I do cancel during time.Then their 9 bottles package was arrived at yesterday (Nov. 14 2022) Finally, they said ******** (Order Support)Nov 13, 2022, 16:25 GMT-5 Please return the item to the sender.I will refund you when the item is returned.They can't charge from my card, but they are a web designed from the ground up to make multiple orders, hoping to trick people into giving up.
