    the owners, were very unprofessional when dealing with new clients and customers over the phone . The owner **** was a d*** about answering a few job related questions, and i feel as a customer he should be a little more insightful if i was going to hire his company to come out and fix a heating issue. the employees were rude, and the owners were beyond rude.

    This is not a customer of ours.  It is a disgruntled employee.  We have a telephony system which records every incoming and outgoing call, as well as records all customer name and address information.  We have no record of this customer's name, address or phone number.  They write in their complaint that we were rude about answering a few job related questions, that they were a customer, which implies we did work for them, then states "if i was going to hire his company" which implies they were never even a customer.  We had an issue with an employee we had to let go and the same day this complaint was filed, there was interaction with his girlfriend.  Also, on this complaint, they don't list any dates, timeframes, specific issues, etc.  This complaint is simply a blatant lie to attempt to discredit our company.  I also tried calling the number listed, but they apparently have our phone number blocked, as every time I call, the line goes dead.  Please remove this false complaint and reach out if you have any questions.  Thank you.
