CRS is not qualified nor professional. First they incorrectly installed a new water heater causing major flooding that they tried to blame on the old unit. Then they installed a new furnace and broke the connection for the ** to drain, causing more flooding and rusting my new furnace. They are refusing to take responsibility, yelling at me! I now have to get a lawyer to have them fix their problem

******,I want to respond to your review. Your water heater did have a small leak from one of the new dielectric unions we installed that was bad, and we came back the very next day after you notified us and fixed it. You also had a major water flood in the basement the same day we installed the water heater due to a broken hose spigot. You then proceeded to file an insurance claim against my company for the entirety of the water damage, which we agreed to. We have not had an insurance claim on our business in the 30+ years we have been in business. After the water heater, you continued to allow us to replace your furnace, which you were very happy with, so happy that you gave us a 5 star review on ******* Now your AC condensate drain is leaking water. You are stating that we broke your condensate drain. We did not break your condensate drain, as it is vinyl tubing; you sent me a picture of it which shows that the *** Tee is fully in tact, not broken. Whoever installed the evaporator coil, which is part of your *** did not glue the *** Tee into the evaporator coil condensate outlet. We installed your furnace; we did not touch your AC system. When installing a furnace, it is not our responsibility to verify that your AC is running properly, or draining properly, especially when it is a home warranty job. Your furnace is only an 80% efficient furnace, which does not have a condensate drain attached to it. If it did, then we would have been responsible for the condensate drain, making sure it was installed properly. Again, the condensate drain is part of the *** not the furnace and we were not hired to work on your AC. You purchased this home in October, which means this is the first time you have run your AC since purchasing the home. It's unfortunate that since purchasing the home, you have had several issues, but they are not all our responsibility. The failures that were our responsibility were taken care of properly and in a timely manner. We are an honest company that has been in business over 30 years and we take pride in our customer service. We cannot be blamed for every repair need that occurs in your home due to previous work.I am more than happy to speak with your lawyer and show them the picture you sent me, so they have proof that nothing was broken. The *** and the vinyl tubing is black from years of use, not brand new. You have no leg to stand on. And as far as you being yelled at, that is a gross overstatement. You were clearly told that we did not touch your AC and are not going to fix something for free that we didn't work on. You then stated you were going to call your lawyer and you hung up on **. I am not threatened by your statement of calling your lawyer because we are 100% not responsible for your AC condensate drain. If you have any further questions, please feel free to reach out to me.**** - Owner
