Paid Owner $10,000 in cash to have the drive resurfaced with gravel and blacktop grindings. After first snowplow the product wound up in our yard. Owner stated we would not need to seal the drive. Paid him an additional $1000.00 in cash to seal the drive. Owner Promised in December ************************************************************** the spring-March/April. Still waiting. Excuse after excuse and he is a no show. He's nothing but a liar and a thief.

The worse paver ever and liar scammer thief. Claimed in front of police services performed and in a text message but funny when a new company came as I wouldnt allow the Coopers back on my property it was found they never removed my old drive as stated plus more. 7 other neighbors have complaints as well that cant be fixed. Clipped me for 6k out of 13k. Do not o repeat give these guys more than a deposit and check only. My driveway is being done by a respectable company. Plus they have no insurance. What these idiots dont realize I have pictures and witnesses to everything stated

Tip top paving came to do our driveway from gravel to asphalt. Im sorry I didnt think to read the reviews till it was to late. They were telling us they would fix the pitch of the driveway so when it rained the water wouldnt run into our garage. They did not do this, when it rains our garage floods. I have called multiple times. The son always has a reason for nothing coming to fix our driveway, His father said he would make it right. As they were here, they did work hard, but seemed very interested in what we had in our garage, and began asking if this or that was for sale. When their main reason to be at our house was to fix the driveway. The father who was in charge , owner of the company. He wanted more money and said he would do the rest of the driveway at the entrance of our home. With a if you give me your mini bike, we can call it even. We didnt have the extra money, my husband is disabled and that bike meant a lot to him, because it was given to him by his father many years ago.I was nothing but kind to them all while they were here. They just refuse to fix their mistakes. Im sure they wont stand behind the guarantee of the asphalt for 3 years. Were just highly disappointed with them. We gave them every chance to fix issues. Nobody shows up. I hope someone reads my review and the others before thinking of having them do their driveway.

Scammer Alert! Tip Top Paving is a ********. He takes deposits and doesn't show, does extremely poor work, lies to the customer and claims he'll be back next year to seal for free, and does not honor his 3-year warranty. The man claims special additives are added to the blacktop at the plant for extra fees. The blacktop plants do not add anything extra to your asphalt. He us a liar and a thief. He claims to be ***********************, ***********************, ***, when in fact he is ********* ******. Company names formerly used are Rocket paving and Nationwide paving. When people get wise to his crappy work, he changes the name of the company. He operates out of ********, **. My parents put down a deposit for sealcoating after they were told it doesn't need sealcoating because of the special additives added to the asphalt they poured and have been trying since April to get him to come back and seal after he told them last year they wouldn't need to. Excuse after excuse and he is a no show. He's nothing but a liar and a thief. BBB has nothing but bad reviews so how can he still be doing this???

TIP TOP Paving which is operated by ***************************** III (***) and ******************************** (*****) and *********************** with the ACTUAL business address of one five five ***************** in ********, Ill have been taking deposits from people and failing to show up for any work. IF you do not provide a deposit, the work that they have their undocumented workers perform is unsatisfactory. Tip Top Paving also neglects to pull any required permits from the municipality for the work that they are performing. This "company" which are basically gypsies that go from town to town taking advantage of the elderly by taking their deposits or doing illegal unsatisfactory work. They did not finish my driveway, the part that they did finish began collapsing the SAME day. Their "invoice" that provides no business address and just the cell phone number, states " 3 year warranty". This is completely false. I have contacted ***************************** too many times to count and even confronted him at another elderly person's house that they were taking advantage of. ******** provides excuse after excuse as to why they cannot fix or finish the job, examples include ( overdose of niece, new transmission needed in dump truck, death of family member, gallstones in the father, kidney stones with the son and of course the WEATHER). All of them reside in the ****************************** Mobile home park and rotate their addresses in an attempt to avoid detection by the numerous people they have ripped off. ****** "tip top paving" and read the many sad stories of the people that they have taken advantage of. IF "*****" (********************************) pulls up to your house stating that he can give you a deal on driveway work, do not even entertain the idea. YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF! Another RED flag is that they want payment in cash or a check made out to "***********************". This is probably another way for them to avoid paying taxes and cheat the government. I want my money back.
