      3/12 BNK Plumbing came to home due to toilet over flowing on main level when bathrooms upstairs were flushed. BNK Plumbing is a contracted plumber with my home warranty ********************. It was found that the sewer was backed up and needed to be rodded to unclog the sewer. *** states that the sewer broke and therefor there rod got stuck. After several attempts they were not able to remove there *** and stated I would have to contact an excavator to come and dig 8-7ft down to remove rod from pipe. I asked how was this my problem. Once again the plumber said it was because the sewer broke at the main connection where my line and Aqua's line meet. I contacted ************* to come remove the rod. After further investigation it was found that the rod used, was to be for the pipes and that was why it got stuck. It was also found by Aqua that the sewer was not broke. I have made multiple attempts to American Home Shield in regards to holding *** liable and they have been of no help, as BNK states they are not liable. Aqua went to into the sewer with a camera and confirmed no break. I have attached the emails between me and ***** with Aqua. There is video footage that I can forward to an email, but not upload as it can not be screened for viruses. Due to BNK improper use, that is why the rod was stuck and I'm looking to re remimbursed the $3,500 I had to pay *************. Receipts, Sws Soluyions report, Aqua's report and emails between myself and ***** with ****.
