      PnK Plumbing **** This is the worse company ever. The technician immediately said that they could not do the job because they would have to move much. He wanted to be able to reach under a shower located on the second floor from the first floor. Doable, maybe. But is it easier to lift the tile in the shower. He said that they will not remove the title on the shower on the second floor. In my opinion he did not even do the proper inspections. He was using the light of his cell phone to light up from the first floor to the second floor and this way he hopping to find the water leak. It was absurd unless he has eagle eyes. This is not an obvious leak everything is wet and the water leaking is not much, thus it is hard to tell. All I know is that it is coming from the shower. Then he goes and tell his boss that the work is not supposed to be covered by the warranty, all because he does not want to do the job I suppose. I have heard that this is a pattern when the owner of the house to be repaired happens to be a woman, especially if the woman is home alone. This exactly my case. I am not a plumber by any mean. I do know that the shower was working fine for years. There was no water leak. If something was done incorrectly the water leak would have shown in the right after the installation not years later. Since this is the case. The *************** should cover the repairs and definitely should take PnK Plumming out of their list of contractors. Now I have no shower working on the second floor I have the first floors shower damaged by the water that slowly damaged the ceiling and the adjacent walls.

      If you get assigned this contractor by ******** **** ******, IMMEDIATELY ask for another contractor. They came out an inspected a water heater leak, and said they needed $475 ADDITIONAL paid to them for "parts required to meet building code." 2 of the parts they wanted to charge for were $125 for 2 dielectric pipes, - which are required EVERYWHERE in *****************, and already exist on my system. Basically, they have figured out a way to scam customers out of money by sidestepping the rules and saying that things normally required for BASIC INSTALLATION of a water heater, are an extra. I didn't ask them to move it, I didn't ask them to relocate it, I didn't ask them for ANYTHING other than replacing the existing water heater per the contract, in it's current place, and piping it accordingly. I just got off the phone with BNK who could not answer me why this was put down as an extra and not included. I told her about the numerous other reviews similar to this, and she hung up on me.
