    purchased a transmission for 2008 Yukon Denali with installation and motor mount for $1800 with warranty for 6 months, deposit made same day for $900 cash, because they dont take company check and they charge high fees for credit card processing, On 08/29/20323 I end up to pay by ***** another $1050, claiming that $1800 for the Trans and $150 for the mounts that when I came to pick up the truck, he refused to let me try to truck until I pay in full, i noticed the truck still jerking when accelerating, while I am still at Ton car Auto Parts LLC parking lot, went back to ************** the owner, and he went for a ride with me then drop me to my office and kept the truck to check the transfer case, as he claimed, of course in the next few days nothing happened, claiming that his mechanic did not know what the problem is and he offered me to take it to a specialist and find out what the problem is p and bring it back to fix it for me, I took it to 2 different mechanics, both assured me that transmission is bad along with the motor mounts, I paid to replace the motor mounts and print out of the diagnosis computer showing that Transmission is bad, on 10/11/2023 I called ***** to his cell, and texted him , no answer, while we been in communication for more than 3 years, went to his office drop the car and he assured me will replace the transmission, on that day, he clacked my cell number, days past no answer while I keep calling his office every other day, each time different excuse, few times put me on hold over 40 to **************************************** that on Friday the 10/27/2023 he is going to take the truck to a transmission specialist, and if the trans is bad he will change it otherwise I have nothing coming. No answer till today, offering me the labor cost $600 and to take the truck somewhere else, this is not acceptable, how I answered him, and while we are talking over the phone he hung up saying he has no time.
