    I purchased a defective product and was offered no compensation, and was brushed off by a rude email from an employee simply stating a fact about the product which I am knowledgeable about. I received a defective superflux 1g cartridge and despite my statements about the hardware being defective and the product causing a headache and nausea on 2 separate occasions, I was offered nothing but a rude and condescending email from an employee. The product was $110 and I have been offered no assistance thus far. A refund or exchange for a similarly priced product would be satisfactory to resolve this issue, and I am not willing to take any other solution after the treatment I have received for this situation.

    NTI has a 30-day return policy in place for defective products. In accordance with the State of Illinois laws products cannot be opened until the customer is at their residence, that being the case we have an email set up for correspondence. The last time this product was purchased from us was in September the email for a refund was sent on December 1st far outside of our return policy time frame, the product was in working order as stated by the customer, and he was not pleased with the products taste or effects this is not considered a defective product as such. We will be reaching out to give a full refund to the customer regardless of the circumstances. There was no receipt provided and our response was neither rude nor disrespectful but professional with facts stated. If any more information is needed, please feel free to reach out, thank you.
