    I've been a medical cannabis patient in Illinois since 2018. I have had a few good experiences here, but I have also had some of the worst possible customer service you could imagine. I have had budtenders straight up lie to me, and tell me that they didn't have something in stock, when they did. I have also bought low quality and unusable products from them many times. The last four times I bought ataraxia pre-rolls, it all tasted like hay. So not dried or cured properly. My biggest issue is the rude employees and them ignoring my emails when I buy unusable products. One of them even asked me if I was going to be getting up to anything freaky that night. The owner of Nature's treatment of Illinois even insulted me directly to my face. If you have a chance, grow your own people. Save your money and your health. There is no point in me contacting Illinois department of public health about it, since they made me submit my change of address like 7 times the last time I moved. I'm praying that a medical cannabis dispensary opens up closer to me, that actually appreciate my business.
