      We have an antique car that has been in storage for over 20 years. Got it out of storage and went to Melin Agency to get a new sticker.
      Waited over a month and we received a normal license plate and not the less expensive antique plate.
      Went back and pointed out their mistake. They did more paperwork, charged us more money and said they would mail us a temporary tag. That never came. We paid for this by check on 13 Aug 22.
      To date, after many phone calls, emails, and in person visits still no plates of any kind.
      No responses by their personnel no excuses either. We have asked for our money back to no avail.

      This matter has already been resolved and a refund was gladly issued to the customer, mistakes do happen, and we were more than apologetic and willing to help, but sometimes no answer is going to appease the customer. We do our best here to always be professional and take care of our customers with upmost customer service and respect.
