    I filed my taxes for 2022 and 2023 (federal and state) with them.While filing the taxes for 2022, they made a mistake even if I have given my kids information. when I checked my filled 1040 form before filing, I told them that they not considered the child tax credit in it.It so frustrating that I need to re-check and point out their mistakes.This year's 2023 tax filing, I told about my investments which I mentioned through the email also some of the additional forms like address change and form regarding the non-deductible. I follow up almost 4-5 times by calling them as well as through emails. There is no proper responses from Crescent Tax Filing persons.Moreover to this, there are multiple people or persons handling tax filing, so I don't understand to with whom to talk , how to follow up.Generally, One person should handle the tax filing process.Really frustrating and annoying.
