      We are thrilled with our new walk-in shower. ***** met us at our home to talk about and show us what Midwest Bath had to offer. He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of this project and willing to organize payment and installation to meet our needs. *** was a very pleasant and skilled installer. **** came to do special plumbing that we requested. When the installation was completed nothing was damaged and area was cleaned well. The rubber ducky that was gifted was a nice touch. Our shower is beautiful and has achieved the added space we were looking to obtain. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

      This is a terrible company!. I purchased a shower install last year. I have had trouble with it twice now-basically the same problem. The problem is fixable but not so sure about the customer service, I have called close to 10 times and left several messages and have had a call back but he put me off by telling me there is no service person in the area. Most of the people are rude & it seems like no one answers their phone. I would DEFINITELY NOT recommend this place for anything. I WILL let everyone I come in to contact with know this and WILL post this on every site I can on the internet. I know what customer service is and these people aren't it!!!

      Stephanie the salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable and helped with what we needed. Joe the installer was also friendly and knowledgeable and went over everything when he was through to make sure it worked. Great job and good people. I recommend them.

      The new shower looks and feels fantastic! Although installation took a bit longer than expected - due to issues with the underlying drain system as well as the (non-) vertical and plumb walls, our installer **** was able to resolve each of the problems and turn out a beautiful, functional shower space.We love it!
