      After signing the contract and paying a deposit, they started removing a shower and a whirlpool tub for a 3 or 4 day turnaround. I am a disabled veteran and really in need for access to a daily shower. The second day they showed up, reconstruction began. I was aware the shower pan was custom made because of the size. The technician began with a wall built to support the glass sliding doors. Shower valve was installed but incorrectly. He switched the waterlines which makes the left side cold and the right side hot. I discovered that all the parts needed to complete the job were not ordered. So WHY START A JOB IF YOU DONT HAVE ALL THE PARTS NEEDED. At the end of the first week of construction I decided to call the salesperson that sold this to us. Very apologetic and said he will have the office call me. Much to my surprise I did not receive any calls from the company. I then emailed customer service with the ********************** and still have no response. I received an email from the company that was a Certificate of Completion. The problem is that the job has not been completed. Still missing a threshold and sliding glass door. It has been 15 days since construction began. And still not complete. I have called numerous times with the response of In a meeting or will call you back. If I could do it again,,, It would not be with MIDWEST BATH. I dont ask for much,,,just do what you promise and complete the job. I dont know what to do.
