    I ordered 3 canvases and they arrived Extremely FAST! I soon discovered a couple of issues with 1 canvas and I reached out to them regarding the issue. **** *. with the iCanvas **************** Team responded quickly and was eager to help and resolved the issue right away! He was very polite, professional and very helpful. I love the canvases and will not hesitate to shop with them again! Thank you **** Q for your assistance.

    I love my canvas print of ******** takes a Chance. Its as cute as I imagined. My picture actually arrived with the frame warped, but even tho I reached out about it after what was really too long, they replaced it for me! Great service and I will definitely purchase from again!

    We ordered a picture from this company and unfortunately there were a couple small flaws, one which could have happened during shipping As soon as we contacted them they immediately responded and took care of the problem . **** from ******* was great to work with , fantastic customer service support. Great prices ! We will definitely do business with them again!

    Had a few delivery issues through no fault of I Canvas. *** did not deliver our first piece at all and the replacement was delivered damaged Contacted ***** at I Canvas about the issues and with his quick response and efforts to resolve the issues, I am happy to say that a second replacement was received in excellent condition. Customer response and service was outstanding. Will be purchasing more artwork from this company

    I had a question about having one of the superb posters on the iCanvas blown up to a larger canvas. It was New Years Eve and I was not expecting a reply for a couple of days. **** was available and answered my question on Dec. 31st and I am very happy to have got his timely advice.

    Damaged Frame and A Hassle to Use Guarantee. I ordered a framed art piece for my husband for Christmas. The frame was damaged. I requested a replacement frame and provided three photos of the damage and the box. Instead of providing a replacement, they refused to accept the photos because they wanted a different angle. There is no phone number for customer service. When I requested a call, no manager was available because he was "out of office." I will never purchase another piece of art from them. They do not stand behind their guarantee or make it easy to utilize it.

    We have provided a free return label and will be processing the refund as soon as the product is received back to our facility.  I show it is out for delivery this week.  We merely requested the photos to determine if a claim needed to be filed with our carrier or not, the photos have no bearing on our 100% LOVE Guarantee.  I apologize for any confusion in communications, and truly am sorry the product was not received in perfect condition.
