    I had a question about having one of the superb posters on the iCanvas blown up to a larger canvas. It was New Years Eve and I was not expecting a reply for a couple of days. **** was available and answered my question on Dec. 31st and I am very happy to have got his timely advice.

    Damaged Frame and A Hassle to Use Guarantee. I ordered a framed art piece for my husband for Christmas. The frame was damaged. I requested a replacement frame and provided three photos of the damage and the box. Instead of providing a replacement, they refused to accept the photos because they wanted a different angle. There is no phone number for customer service. When I requested a call, no manager was available because he was "out of office." I will never purchase another piece of art from them. They do not stand behind their guarantee or make it easy to utilize it.

    We have provided a free return label and will be processing the refund as soon as the product is received back to our facility.  I show it is out for delivery this week.  We merely requested the photos to determine if a claim needed to be filed with our carrier or not, the photos have no bearing on our 100% LOVE Guarantee.  I apologize for any confusion in communications, and truly am sorry the product was not received in perfect condition.

    I received a piece of art and it did not come with the require hanging screws. I contacted ICanvas and within a couple of hours, the issues was resolved. Great customer service.

    I had purchased a print on canvas, and when it arrived, although I loved the quality and the print itself, it turned out to be a little smaller than I would have liked. I contacted customer service and ****** was very helpful in allowing me to exchange the smaller size for the larger one and just pay the difference. Once the transaction was complete, he told me I didnt need to bother returning the smaller print to save me the hassle.

    I reached out do to an incorrect address input on my part. ****** Reached out almost immediately to help me get it fixed. *** purchased many pieces of art from them and anytime I needed help or assistance.
