5 starsI ordered a print and in unboxing it a staple from the box left a long scratch on the print. I contacted iCanvas and the customer service was excellent. They were very responsive and quickly sent instructions on how to get a replacement. I sent the requested information yesterday and today received notification that they shipped a replacement. 5 starsI received exceptional customer service from ************************* of customer service. I needed to change the shipping address from my address to the family member that I wanted to receive the canvas as a gift. **** was so prompt and professional in his reply he took care of this matter making sure the change of address would take place. I have bought several canvases from this company all the art work is so nice and very professionally mailed. I will continue to order and I want to add the artist are exceptional as well. 5 starsI am very impressed with this company and all their art. Love the customer service. Very prompt with answering questions and getting me taken care of. Actually the best I have ever dealt with. I thank them from the bottom of my heart. You are awesome. I received a product that had an inaccurate description. I was unable to return at the time due to several emergencies in my household. They were unwilling to help and stated because they only sell the artwork that they could not do anything. They would not provide a good resolution to a problem that was made aware to them. I have also stopped receiving communication from them after several emails and they have from what I am seeing blocked me from the live chat feature on their website. Just terrible customer service and professionalism.
