    We dealt with ******, and he was fabulous and quick!! I had put the wrong shipping address, and he quickly changed it for me. I'm in the middle of moving, and I put the wrong address twice, and he just fixed it quickly, twice, lol I've bought from iCanvas for quite a few years, I've never been unhappy with my purchases!

    Excellent customer service. The first print we received was wrinkled. iCanvas promptly sent a new print which was perfect. I highly recommend this company for their selection and service.

    Love the canvases and the customer service!! I had ordered a print and realized only after I had received it that it contained a color that ruined the color scheme I was creating. All was taken care of amazingly easily and with no issues at all. I selected a new print, and it arrived in just a few days - and it is perfect for my room. Will always keep iCanvas in mind when looking for prints!

    I love the vast selection of prints available through iCanvas! A couple of years ago, we ordered 2 large canvas prints from them, which we really like. We recently changed the wall color in our LR and ordered 5 new prints of varying sizes. One didn't work as well with the others, and once I contacted ***************** their response was prompt and professional, with the focus on my satisfaction. I will sing their praises to all of my friends and will definitely order from them again!

    icanvas provides a very convenient way to get some art on your walls with canvas and a frame at a reasonable cost. I recently purchased 5 canvases from them; 1 was significantly damaged by the shipper ***** which icanvas replaced at no cost to me. I really appreciated the email i got from icanvas customer support as soon as the packages were delivered asking if everything was ok and which I could respond directly to. Immediately they responded with a real person and took care of my situation. this is such a contrast to so many online businesses which use chats and AI that is cumbersome.

    I have bought several canvases from iCanvas this year to decorate my new home. I had one framed, and the frame is great quality. All canvases were just as described on their website. They pack their art very well and ship timely. I received just one out of six that had a flaw in the print. I contacted customer service and was told to send a pic of the canvas and the box, and then they processed a replacement, which I am now awaiting. I was told to keep the damaged one, no return needed. Their customer service was prompt and polite. iCanvas gets two thumbs up from me, and I highly recommend. Great selection and sales online too!

    I love the art. I love the service and **** who I was in contact with to ask a question was marvelous about getting back to me in a very prompt manner. I thanked him and now Im going to do this review for him. He was courteous and professional, answered my question And that was marvelous for me.
