    I would give them zero stars. Not only does no one care about you or who is being treated Doctor included this facility is a scam and money-hungry, they only care about money! My son went here they drugged him before his procedure and I became increasingly worried about his behavior, I had to pay for the whole procedure which was over $1000 for what was described to me as an urgent matter for him to have 4 of his teeth removed which by the way a year later his adult teeth still have not grown in, so he's been without his 2 front teeth for a year! And on top of it all they charged me more after my bill was paid in full! And never fully explained for what!! Please do not go here

    I went to this oral surgeon (Naperville Oral Surgery) that my primary dentist recommended. They wanted to do a panoramic film and presented me with a bill for the amount that would not be covered and I paid that. After time passed, they mailed me a larger bill for the same visit. After refusing to talk to me about it, they sent me to collections for a $95 bill. This place has horrible customer service and is unethical in my opinion. I did not get the dental work done here as I did not feel comfortable in their office and they said the only option was to be knocked out for the procedure. I found a different office that provided other options and actually knew how to communicate with people. I hope this $95 dispute that you refused to talk to me about is worth bad online reviews.
