*** sells obsolete products and does not stand behind their warranty.Purchased a EGO Power Station item #******* - $1099.00 on 06/19/25 from ******. Contacted EGO about **************** not working and was told it was no longer supported. This makes the product obsolete. Tried to return it ****** on 6/22/25 and was told I needed a RA from EGO. I had purchase last year a EGO blower and other products by Made by EGO the blower after a few months stop working. I call the company and they nicely had me take it to a service center. Around January of this new I received a new blower. Same make and model. After 4 uses it stop working. This product must have a defect I took it to the authorized dealer and it has been 20 days and I still dont have a replacement. The product is not even a year old and already replace it twice. I bought a brand new ego self propelled push mower in ****** in April. I was in process of buying house. It sat in box until today when I tried to set it up. It is not working. The self propelled does not work and after going about 6 inches, it dies all the way. I called ego and they refused to help me. They told me I have to pick up the mower and carry it to my local repair shop miles and miles away. Ego needs to send someone to my house to fix this mower. I also want reimbursed and now I'm going to have to pay to have someone mow my grass. I actually hurt my back and I'm in severe pain trying to push this "self propelled"mower.Initial Complaint

On April 23, 2025, I returned an EGO+ lawn mower because it wasn't working properly. Three weeks later I was told that the lawn mower couldn't be repaired because they didn't have the parts to repair it. The lawn mower was still under warranty when it was sent in, and is still under warranty. I have been calling regularly since being told it couldn't be repaired and was told a manager would be calling me within ***** hours of my call. It has never happened. All I'm asking for is a replacement lawn mower of equal status to the lawn mower I returned or a voucher of $799 so I can replace the mower on my own. I have 28 e-mails confirming the conversations that have occurred during this time.Initial Complaint

I purchased a lawnmower pack through ****** where the seller was EGO. The pack included a 6.0 Battery and charging dock. When I received the mower, I immediately registered all three items through EGO warranty. I checked the charge on the battery and noticed no lights came on the battery or the charging unit. Tried multiple outlets, and still nothing. I determined that the battery and charger were defective. I contacted EGO warranty who ran me through a series of attempts to charge and they also came to the same conclusion. They issued me a replacement on each. On 5/27 and 5/2/2025, recv'd emails confirming shipment. I received the charger on 6/1 but haven't received the battery so the lawnmower is useless. I have left numerous messages and emails to the warranty department and cannot get a return call or email. No contact whatsoever.Customer Answer

Bought a mower and it came with no manual. Called up customer service who said these things happen sometimes and they dont out them in the box. Then informed me they couldnt send me one. 52 days ago I submitted a case for a mower that would not start. The item is covered under the manufacturer's warranty. I was instructed to drop the mower off for repair at my local ****** location, and I did so 45 days ago. Since then it has been a comedy of errors. Ego, ******, ******** (****** third party service provider), and the independent repair person do not talk to each other, and are constantly giving me conflicting updates. After my item sat at ****** for 5 weeks, I was told the item was finally picked up for repair, only to find out that was not actually true. 12 days ago I was informed by ****** Executive Customer Relations the part needed to repair the item was backordered for 6 weeks, and that Ego would be replacing the mower. I waited 10 days for Ego to call me to confirm my address (which they already have - I'm registered as a customer on their website, and all items are also registered, including copies of the receipts and purchase information). Then, 2 days ago I received another call from ****** Executive Customer Relations telling me the part had been expedited, and they would not, in fact, be replacing my mower.Finally, today, I received a customer feedback survey via email, informing me they were happy to have completed the repair. I STILL DO NOT HAVE ANY INFORMATION AS TO IF OR WHEN MY MOWER WILL EVER BE REPAIRED, let alone received a working ******** is clear I need additional help, given all 3 companies responsible for this extremely simple repair can't seem to communicate at all. Ego must be held accountable, and I must receive my item immediately.Thank you.Initial Complaint

I purchased an EGO blower in April, 2023. The blower quit working. I contacted the manufacturer and was advised it was under warranty and referred me to an authorized repair shop. This was taken in on March 1, 2025. After 3 months of multiple calls to EGO, I have yet to receive the blower back. Multiple times I was told they would escalate my problem to a higher level and I would receive a call back. Never have I received any calls back. Today I was told by EGO that the blower was repaired on May 15, 2025. I contacted the repair shop and was told they were still waiting on parts. I reached out the EGO for clarification and, again was told they would escalate the issue, and I would receive a call back. In December of 2023 my parents bought me an ego power plus leaf blower 650. It was well kept and recently in the beginning of May stopped working.I reached out to the company and went back and forth with customer service. The blower has a five year warranty on it. They stated they could only fix it by voiding the warranty on the battery and blower and do a one time replacement. This would then null and void any warranty moving forward. Also when I requested to speak to management they stated that as per company policy I would be responsible for any repairs that occur once I send it to a third party service provider. I was told to drop it off to Lowes for them to send it in. However, ***** stated they're not responsible for any repairs. I've reached out to Ego to locate my blower but they have no idea where it is. Based on my experiences I've never had an item that is covered under warranty for five years be told that I would be responsible for incurring costs associated with repairing the item.Initial Complaint

Purchase this product with a five year warranty. Attempted to use the product a week ago and product did not work properly called the manufacturer for a warranty parts. They informed me that the part needed is not covered under the five year warranty only has a 90 day warranty. Warranty clearly states five years even advertised on TV five year warranty
