    Last year I bought a trimmer attachment. It never worked. This year took it to an Ego service department. They said it will be replaced. Ego sent an edger instead of a trimmer. I have made numerous attempts to get this fixed. I was told a trimmer would be expedited today (4/28/2025), and that I would get a phone call and a tracking number. No phone call, no tracking number. I was on hold for an hour. No one answered. I left a call back number twice. No call back. I have an edger I don't want and no trimmer. Ego just sends me survey requests which I fill out and complain. I just want Ego to send me a trimmer that actually works, and I want it yesterday!

    I am including Ego Corporate as ****** seems hesitant to assist. I should note i have multiple other Ego law tools, this is my ***** mower. This will be my last purchase of an Ego product if this isn't resolved. I will return this mower and ****** must accept the return based off their policy. As new, but used, item i doubt they can resale. Im not sure who absorbs the cost for the returned mower...but honoring my request has to be more cost effective that a return of the mower.Sent to ******:I bought an Ego mower from the ****** Valdosta this past Saturday, 3.29.25. The mower has been great. This week our family went to the beach in ******* and my wife had Pandora ******** A national ad came on which was presented by ******. The ad stated, buy an Ego mower pr trimmer and receive a free 56v battery. I called customer service and after multiple holds, they stated that the ad was an error and this information would be forwarded to the appropriate department. A national ad on ******** seems odd that would be an error. I have filed a BBB complaint and ******** complaint, but I would like to offer ****** the opportunity to resolve. Thank you.     I have a defective EGO Blower Serial ***************. I contacted EGO support and spoke with a person named ****** who refused to help me. The blower needs to be replaced and this company is not standing behind the product. I have purchased multiple EGO products and this is unacceptable. They charge a premium price for the product and refuse to stand behind it.

    I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding the removal of critical functionality from my EGO POWER+ Nexus Portable Power Station (Model: NPS01190201729X). I purchased this product with the understanding that it featured Bluetooth and WiFi connectivity, along with an app that allowed remote control and firmware updatescapabilities that were explicitly advertised at the time of purchase.Until recently, I was able to control my power station via the dedicated mobile app. However, I recently discovered that the original app is no longer available in the App Store, and the new app does not support Bluetooth control or any remote features. This abrupt change has rendered my power station significantly less functional and has directly impacted my ability to use it as intended.I consider this removal of functionality to be both unfair and misleading, as it contradicts the features that were promised at the time of purchase. Removing core advertised features without notice constitutes a breach of trust with your customers. I respectfully request that ********************** either restore the remote control functionality through the app or provide a full refund for the cost of the power station, as it no longer meets my needs.I would appreciate a prompt response to this matter and a resolution at the earliest convenience. Please let me know how you intend to address this issue.

    I Purchased a (Leaf Blower, Battery and Charger) all with the "Manufacturing Date" of June 2022 on September 5, 2022. Unfortunately, the ****** of Olive ******* MS ********* receipt shows the tool purchased was a String Trimmer. I have been on the phone twice, several hours each time, and have a series of emails (I believe 8) with the company. I have sent copies of the receipt, photographs of the "Leaf Blower, Battery and Charger with Serial Numbers and Manufacturing Dates to ********************** and at their suggestion tried to get ****** to get me a receipt with "Leaf Blower" instead of "String Trimmer." ****** says they can't do this and EGO is adament they will not honor the warranty for the "Battery Charger." I believe EGO should replace the "Battery Charger" which no longer works.

    I purchased on EGO electric Generator with 2 - 7.5 AHr batteries on 4/2/2023 through Lowes in *********, **. One of the two batteries that came with the generator does not work and indicates a fault with the battery. Furthermore, it will not charge at all The Ego warranty states the battery is warranted for 3 years. However, after speaking with EGO twice, they refuse to even begin to work toward troubleshooting and/or repair or replacement of the battery because I do not have the serial number of the generator available to give them. I do have the battery with me and have provided them the serial number of the battery and the receipt showing the original purchase of the generator. The generator is a few hundred miles from where I currently am, and I cannot readily provide that number. Furthermore, I have approximately 5 different EGO devices that came with chargers - there is no logical way to pair any of the chargers with the generator. This battery has been lightly used twice over the past nearly 2 years, and it will no longer accept a charge. I want EGO to actually stand behind their warranty without making the customer jump through ridiculous amounts of requirements so that EGO may capture data for marketing. The serial number of the battery is *************** and it was manufactured in October 2022.

    On 6/22/24 I contacted EGO Power Plus customer service at ************ regarding a warranty claim on my lawn mower. I sent them proof of purchase and they confirmed that I was still under warranty protection. They provided me with service referral # ********. I dropped off the mover at ****** store #*** on 6/23/24 as instructed. After about a week I contacted EGO to get a status update on the claim. I was informed that they had not received it and to contact ******. I visited the ****** store on 7/14 & 7/16 in both in stances the customer service personnel told me that a manager would call me and provide status, which they never did. When I called ****** main customer service number on 7/19 I was informed that the mower was only sent out on 7/16/24. 24 days after I dropped it off. I asked them for a rental mower, they said that it's not their problem and to contact EGO. Since then I have called EGO over 15 times to no avail. Each time I'm told that the issue will be escalated and I will received an email or call back the next day. That has not happened. I have been without the use of my mower for 48 days. The grass in my lawn is extremely high. Besides being an eye sore I'm expecting to be fined by my city and HOA any day. ****** finally called on 8/6/24 and stated that the cost of the repair would be greater than what I paid for it and they would not be repairing it. I've called EGO daily since then and apparently ****** hasn't communicated that to them yet. You would think that if I customer has called so many times that they would contact their partner organization and get this resolved. Clearly EGO doesn't care about their customers.The resolution I'm looking for is a new replacement mover as my unit is still under warranty.I also want an apology from both organizations for the horrible customer service. I also want other customers to be aware of EGO's warranty process or lack their of, so they can be fore warned.

    On 08/11/19, I bought an Ego Power Mower with a charger for the battery. Serial # for charger: ***************. This charger was sent back in 2021 due to an small explosion heard, with a possible fire risk. I just realized, when looking through my records, that THE SAME CHARGER, WITH THE SAME SERIAL NUMBER, was sent to me on 10/29/21, as a replacement. I can't remember the reason for the second charger failure, but a replacement was sent to me on 07/23/22...again...WITH THE SAME SERIAL NUMBER!!! I can't believe that the exact same charger was sent to me twice after the original purchase. The charger has again failed. I called to report this last night, and it wasn't until today that I received a return call back. I was told that since I purchased this charger in 2019, it was no longer under warranty.This is a fraudulent company, with horrible customer service. I wish that I never started down this road, purchasing Ego products...as now, I have a number of their various products.

    Purchased Ego lawn mower August 2021 for $500.00. Nearly end of mowing season. Summer of 2022 stared having problem with mower just cutting off. Product LM2100SP Ego 56V 21"mower Serial #**************** Had mower to their repair service March 2023 again June 2023 using loaner now which still cuts off. No help from customer service . Need to get handled!!
