Worst company ever I called for door repair first was quoted $149 for service call and said they would come at 730pm which was fine bc I would get home by then. Next thing he called me and said he will be there in 10 mins when I said I'm not home yet he still came while my teenager were home. He called with repair quote of $1800 I said no thank you. Then asked for $189 service fee I said you I can pay with a credit card since I'm not home. He demanded cash over the phone and refused to leave my house while my teenagers were home alone. I was forced to pull over and ***** a different # the payment. It felt like a ****** situation he still wouldn't leave after receiving the payment even when my daughter asked him to leave. I was on the phone telling him to get out of my house but he said he was looking for his tools. Stay away from this company they are scammers.

Unethical Behavior and Overcharging I had an extremely disappointing experience with this garage door motor installation company. The technician initially quoted me $1,400 but offered to reduce it to $700 if I wrote a 5-star review. The motor installed was worth around $150, and the job took less than 10 minutes to complete. What was truly upsetting was that the technician demanded I write the review immediately, refusing to let me leave to pick up my kids, who were waiting outside their school in 19C weather. He even threatened to charge me an additional $50 if I didn't write the review on the spot. Under pressure, I struggled to log into my account, and once I did, he took my phone and gave his company a 5-star rating himself. Afterward, I checked with three other companies and found out I was charged an extra $300 -$490 compared to the standard market rate for the same job. This company's practices are unethical, manipulative, and unprofessional. I would not recommend their services to anyone.

We are a professional garage door company we sell Lift Master openers only; we are a distributer of Lift Master. you were comparing a *********** opener from ********** to a professional Lift Master opener it is not the same part. Our technician initially quoted you 850$ for the opener including installation and offer you 100$ discount After speaking with the supervisor we increase the discount to 150$ and you agreed the 700$ repair price. At no point you told our tech that you need to leave because your kids are waiting for you out side in the snow we put the safety of our customers and of course any kids wellbeing as our top priority. Our employees don't offer a discount for reviews, reviews are highly encouraged, and you changed your review to 1 star after you gave us 5 stars initially; that proves that forcing a customer to leave a review will do the exact opposite.we have 4.8 stars rating average with over **************************************************************** our customer ********** the point of average prices - you stated 300-490$, and we ask why the big range of almost 200$?We would ask you to provide us a LIFT MASTER opener installation cost of 300$, we're sure you made these numbers up or were very misleading in your review here and in our ****** page, and found a cheap brand opener online that no professional company will install and provide a warranty ******* are more than welcome to your opinion and we'll be more then welcome to take our opener *******'s not a surprise that you didn't ask us to discount it more or to reimburse you and take our opener back, because you know that's that is a fair price for a Lift Master opener including tax and labor. Our price was not a surprise to you when you were given the quote on site, and you had the liberty to pay us the service fee and not do the work with ****** selected to take a deep 150$ discount, and had a shopper's remorse and decided to badmouth a fair company that gave you a discount, provided a same day service and that provided the replacement as quickly as possible with professional parts that will serve you for years to come.We will honor the warranty we gave you even though you left a misleading and very untrue review, because we stand behind our work with all of our customers.

This morning, the garage door spring suddenly malfunctioned. In a hurry, I called the person who had repaired it last time and left a sticker, but when I inquired, they mentioned a charge of $90 for a visit. Despite the high cost, I had to call them. Upon inspection, they demanded $700 for the springs($350 each), $230 for end plates ($115 each), $65 for the center, $200 for the drums ($100 each), and $300 for labor, totaling $1,495.Feeling that the price was too high, I attempted to settle for $90, but they insisted on an additional $200 for examining the parts they had dismantled. Feeling awkward, I negotiated the price down to $1,250, with payment through Zelle. After about 30 minutes, the job was completed, and I made the payment via Zelle. Upon further investigation online, I found high-quality parts at much lower prices: 2 springs for $129.99 (totaling $550), 2 end plates for $15.30 (totaling $180), 1 center for $10.49 (totaling $45), and 2 drums for $12.87 (totaling $110). The total cost for online parts was $168.65, significantly lower than the $885 charged for the same components. In my opinion, it is unjust to charge $885 for parts, even when purchasing quality components online for $168.65, especially when an excessive fee for labor is also being applied. I would like to recommend to everyone that, no matter how urgent the situation, it is crucial to obtain a quote first and compare before proceeding with repairs.
