    I have been a Nortek customer for many years. I trust the entire team! I use their annual maintenance services for HVAC. And I have purchased a furnace from them, with installation when my very old furnace finally gave up. Theyare always friendly, prompt,professional, courteous and always answer any and all questions.

    Another great job by Nortek. In the fall, ****** reaches out when it's time to schedule my annual furnace maintenance. It's easy and convenient to schedule a time with them. I receive a helpful reminder the day before the service is scheduled. ******* services my furnace has always done a great, thorough job, regardless of whether it's a long-time employee or newer employee, keeping my furnace in excellent-working condition. They explain everything they've found and done clearly and thoroughly. They're all very polite and friendly. The prices are fair. And finally, they're consistent. I get the same experience I described above every time. Not surprising that I've been with them for almost 20 years and 2 different homes now. Thank you, Nortek!

    This company is very detailed in their explanation of work including the why of particular products. We felt very comfortable and confident that the installation would be completed in a timely and efficient manner. And all of it was done just that way, very professionally installed. The technicians and call staff are very knowledgeable. We will recommend them to our friends and family.

    Excellent company! I have been a customer for many years. I have routine maintenance for furnace and AC each season, service calls for inoperative systems promptly addressed and have also had the company replace a decades old furnace when it could no longer be fixed. The whole team is both knowledgeable and professional. Many thanks to them all!
