    Everyone at Nortek is very professional and their communication is the best. Very easy to schedule service and has been able to fit my schedule each time. I have been a customer for 19 years and I can only say great things about the products they use and how much they care to make sure you are completely satisfied before they leave your home/business. I would recommend them to anyone in their area to use them.

    ******** came to my house on Thursday morning and unfortunately did not have the part needed to repair my furnace, but by 1 pm the very next day the part was in, furnace was running and since he was here, ******** did the annual AC check. It was reassuring knowing that ******** was on the job and that it would be done safely and correctly. Nortex Environmental, in my opinion, is the best HVAC company in the area.
