  I engaged Matrix Exteriors for the installation of a new roof and gutters on my residence. The entire process, from interacting with the sales team to the completion of the construction work, was incredibly smooth. With a roofing area of ******* square feet, new gutters, and leaf guards, all the installations were done within a single day. The crew commenced work at 7:30 am, wrapped up by 2:30 pm, and departed without leaving any debris behind. It was truly a fantastic experience doing business with this exceptional company.

  The owner of Matrix Exteriors ***** is dedicated to his customers and I must add to his employees. We live in a community where the *** has a few more rules than most others and ***** the owner worked with us to get everything that we needed approved and that was not an easy task. We felt like part of a team with him. Our roofing looks very nice. We had one concern and ***** went the extra mile to ensure that everything was taken care of to our satisfaction within a few hours of the communications being sent to him. A customer experience like none other. Whether the owner or his employees know it or not we do appreciate his loyalty and the beautiful workmanship as his customers. He really does care about the job that is being done and the people. Thanks Matrix Exteriors.

  Owner refuses to finish the job, I have an attic fan with no power cable because they threw it away during installation. We even ordered a replacement cable for the one they threw away (at our own expense) and they will not wire it up because they claim "We have fulfilled our duties outlined in the contract." Didn't think we needed to specify that the attic fan needed to be plugged in in the contract.Owner has been aggressive and hostile. He has even harassed my family because of a negative review.

  In response to your review, a solar attic fan was installed on the detached garage; therefore, there is no need for cabling, and that was not part of the scope of work on the contract that I entered into with your mother because the reality is your mother is the one who paid Matrix for the job which totaled out to almost $60,000 & our contractual obligation was to her and not you. She paid Matrix because we did a good job. I just wanted to clarify that Mommy paid me this money, which did not come from your pocket. I think your review and comments are baseless and unwarranted. Still, then again, you're an over-entitled kid, and you feel since you're protected under freedom of speech, you can write whatever you want, but that does not mean it's true. We have to take in the whole truth, and after assessing the facts, this eliminates anybody from making conjectures. Matrix has fulfilled its contractual obligation to your mother. As aforementioned, Mommy is the one who wrote the check to Matrix, not you. I would never give one of my children $60,000.00 for doing nothing. It defeats the purpose. It's unearned income. When parents do this, our children grow up with thin skin and a spirit of entitlement and then believe the world owes them something, and they don't understand the concept of hard work or the value of the dollar. You didn't have to do anything to earn money, so you carried and conducted yourself as you did because you took a shortcut to get where you needed to go and bypassed the process for progress. There is a great axiomatic truth from ***********************: "Character cannot be developed in ease and quiet. Only through experience of trial and suffering can the soul be strengthened, vision cleared, ambition inspired, and success achieved. Humble yourself and be glad that $60,000.00 just showed up at your doorstep, and you didn't have to do anything, and we did a beautiful job on your house that mommy bought you. You can't argue with demonstrated proof or objectivity? Your house now has unequivocal curb appeal.

  I had extensive wind damage to my home. I spoke to several contractors & every single one either had a high price or they were beating around the ****. I met with ***** from *************************** told me everything that I needed to hear but I was still apprehensive because it sounded to good to be true. But it was true he showed up with a crew of workers 24 hrs after talking with him & signing a contract. They arrived at 7am sharp & removed my old roofing system, installed a roof, 3 new skylights and replaced 48 pieces of plywood and they were all done including the clean up by 2:00 pm. I still can't believe it. I am so glad that I hired this company they have so many good reviews because they understand what customer service really means. They truly care about they way they handled the business transaction.. My prays were answered. Thank you ***** & the entire Matrix Exteriors crew.

  I'm very glad I hired MATRIX EXTERIORS the entire team was wonderful very detailed construction outfit ***** was very communicative Throughout the entire process and they paid attention to detail problems that arise were resolved immediately the workmanship was unequivocally 100% I would definitely recommend this company if you're a need for any exterior renovation on your house I give them a AAA five stars because they definitely earned it
