  I am posting this on my social media platforms, that is, ****************** and Instagram. On October 6, 2017, Martrix Exteriors, LLC provided work on my home. ***** Corning insured their work. On August 9, 2022, I called ********************* about the downspout coming off of my roof. He told me he would send someone out to look at it in 24 to 48. After 48 hours I tried contacting him. No one answered his phone or texts. On Saturday, at 7:25 am, I called him. He answered the phone. He told me someone would be out to my house. At 1:44 pm on August 13, 2022, I texted him this message "Good afternoon. i have spoke and left messages with you about the drain spout coming off from the gutters your company installed on my home. In October of 2017, I communicated with you about the downspouts on my home. On my end of texts, we had a heated discussion. Since talking with you on Tuesday, you said someone would be by my house with 24 to ********************************** Now I know you are ignoring me!! If this is how your company operates after being paid for a job, the world needs to know. I will text the statement I put on social media pages about your company. I have over a million impressions on my ******* page at: http://www.twitter.com/clickforjustice I will contact the insurance carrier you suggested when you installed the materials on my home. I will include them on my social media also." After ********************* cursed me out stating, "Mother ******, I am on my way over to your house now!!" ********************* called me several times and I did not answer. I sent ********************* the following text message after refusing his calls "Anything you have to say to me, put it in writing. That is what I am going to do. You think you can curse me out about a service call!! You have no idea who you are dealing with Sir!!!" I was working on some federal litigation. I think I am going to stop and work on your business approach to services"

  To ****************** allegation, a clear understanding alwayseliminatesa misunderstanding. ************** called into our office concerning a downspout drain connected to the gutter that has become loose and detached. We explained that this work was completed and performed on October 4th, 2017. The gutter workmanship certificate was for one year. Which he has been furnisheda copy of. He is almost calling five years after the fact, and we explained to him that it would be a $200 service fee for a technicianto come out and assessthe problem. He became very belligerentand contentiousover the phone. And started threateningour staff which we will not tolerate. We kindly asked him to stop harassingand threateningus. This is not the way to get help by yelling and threateningpeople.
