      We have been customers of Nicor/Pivotal Home Solutions for nearly 15 years and have been problem-free for most of those years. Currently, we are experiencing for the second time in the past few months, problems receiving reimbursement for approved service at our home. On the first occasion, we were approved to receive reimbursement in March and did not receive reimbursement until the beginning of August. On this most recent occasion, the service was approved in June and we are still waiting for reimbursement of over $2,000, three months later. I have made numerous calls to learn of any progress and no one can provide any information and I have not been able to speak with a supervisor.Recently, within the past year, there have been consistent issues with the company ranging from: 1. Extremely slow or no reimbursement for services performed that are covered by the plan, when the company could not refer a service provider;2. No service providers available to repair items;3. Absolutely no ability to communicate with a supervisor to mitigate issues;4. No responsiveness to issues verbalized to representatives; and 5. Placed on hold for an excessive amount of time, at least 20 minutes.We do not endorse this company and its services. They no longer seem to value customer service, but rather the payment for a service that they do not provide. Extremely disappointed!

      Nicor home solutions damaged my gutters last October, they have not fully paid for the damage after repeated attempts. I have contacted the president nothing. All I get is we have everything & legal has to look at it. Nearly a year later I am still waiting on the rest of the money!

      This year was the best inspection to date. The inspector was knowledgeable and showed up on time. I did not have a problem with payment either.

      I have made two claims with Pivotal Home Solutions this year for my 26 year old A/C system. Both claims could not have gone any smoother than they did. My last claim was a reimbursement for the replacement of my system. I filed for the reimbursement a week or so after the new unit was installed and received the money in less time than I was told it would take. I am very happy with the process and the service they provide.

      Your Company is no longer having Contractors in my area for the repairs. I need they expect me to find ,Pay for services out of my Pocket then sending reciepts for reimbursement than takes 6 weeks or to be reimbursted. Iam Disabled Veteran on a fixed income I then wait 6weeks or more for reimbursement. this is what I pay your Company for to find Contractor pay them and leave me out of the worry of doing your Job for me. You use to be a good company I could rely. That is nolonger, Iam now in the Process of hiring a New Compant that does what you use to do.

      Worst home warranty complete rip-off. Had problem with a/c unit in 2020 they said a/c unit need to be replaced and cannot be serviced and sent me reimbursement form. Unit cost was very high reimbursement amount was not helpful enough. I did not get new unit because of financial situation and called some other technician who was able to fix temporarily. Similar issue occurred in 2021 and was fixed by same technician again.(still kept paying for the coverage from 2020 incident). Finally a/c unit stopped working and irreparable. Called Pivotal Home Solution yesterday for a/c unit coverage they said they do not cover the unit any more as they dicided the unit is deemed in 2020 and did not use reibursement form with in that time frame. Any expenses on the unit they are not responsible. I cancelled the policy as of yesterday. All these years I paid for a/c unit coverage and was not provided when needed. My sincere advice stay away from this company.

      They have been billing ************* account for the past 36 months. We never signed up with this company and we have never even heard from them. They had some crazy email address for us. They have taken $15.95 per month for 36 months. They absolutely refuse to refund this money or to pay for our service calls for the last three years-which would amount to about $300. We were on the phone with them for over an hour with them keeps saying that they will escalate it and that the management cannot give us back the money. They refuse to give out names of who to speak with or to whom youre speaking. This is a horrible thing that this company can takes advantage of senior citizens. They take your money and they absolutely refuse to provide the service for which they are charging you for. I Have heard that there is going to be a class action suit against this particular company. They are located in ********** ********.

      ************************************* I have home protection with this company. My A/C stopped working. They said they cannot repair because I have warranty with different company. After several calls and escalations and several and call reps disconnecting my phone, I was finally able to get my A/C repaired by company that installed the A/C. Now I have to make several calls to get annual maintenance done. This is the worst experience.
