      We have needed the services of Pivotal Home Solutions three times, and they have had someone out to our house to provide the services we needed in a very timely manner. Each time the work seemed to us to be done well and solved the problem we had.

      Quick service by a very *************. He fought the president quickly and replaced a part. The only thing I noticed is that when he replaced the part, he just laid it on the shelf rather than putting it back in the the crib that was designed to hold it.

      Ive been with Nicor Home Solutions, which is now Pivotal Home Solutions for about 15 years and can say I have never had an issue. From customer service to the technicians, they have the utmost respect for their clients and the homes they service.

      Horrible experience - I simply wanted to cancel service and the customer service rep continued trying to sell me other offers. I asked her to stop, then told her to stop then had to tell her STOP!! I asked for a supervisor and she said she didn't know when one would be available, but because I'd been a long time customer she could offer me another deal. After 17 minutes of this nonsense I was forced to be rude. I was literally begging to have this account closed and all they wanted to do was try to get me to relent on the cancellation. It was like being in the Twilight Zone I phoned last night and left my number for a call back and never got one so I had to phone today and endure this mess

      Whenever we need our furnace, AC, water heater for maintenance or repair, Pivotal Home Solution always sent us knowledgeable and courteous friendly technician(s). Were glad we have them.

      The technician and the service themselves were great but scheduling an appointment thru the **** service is not that good, if calling the waiting time on the phone is too long so I decided to use the **** service, they told me the appointment was confirmed and they sent me a confirmation number, the day of the appointment I text them back to make sure they were coming because nobody call me the previous day to confirm the appointment as they told me they should do, long story short the appointment wasn't scheduled in dispatch, they fit me that day with a technician that was available and he came to do the service, after that everything was great. I believe the booking system has to be improved to make sure all appointments are in the schedule no matter what method is used by the Customer, phone call, text or live chat. If the options are offered they ALL should work efficiently for the best Customer convenience.

      Terrible customer service!! My mom has been dealing with issues for the longest time. They dingged her water heater because they couldn't find anyone to come and fix hers. They told her that if she bought a new one they would reimburse her for the water heater and the labor. This was back at the beginning on June. She had to fill out some information and send it back. She did, then July rolled around and we called. They sent her the wrong paperwork. I sent in the correct paperwork for her and was told that when i did that the check would be expedited. Well, here it is Sept. 6th and we just were told that she was only getting $400.00. We have spoken to these people numerous times and have never been told that we were only covered for 400 dollars. Every time we have called we are told something different. Horrible experience. When there is anything wrong with anything covered they can't ever get anyone here to fix it, and when they do get someone, it's never fixed. The air conditioner wasn't working and was over filled by them on freon, I had them here multiple times for the water heater, and then it had to be dingged.

      This is a most unhelpful company. We pay them yearly to provide a service contractor to clean and service our furnace, yet we are told they have no contractors in our area. I can however, waste my time finding my own provider and getting a reimbursement from Pivotal for the cost of service. That's just what I need, more paperwork to complete and keep track of. Their customer service is laughable, and that's if you're lucky to actually get one that speaks the language. The topper is when we tried to cancel for next year, which 'conveniently' auto renews (classic move for companies that offer horrible service) and were told that if we cancel now we would lose our current coverage and maybe not be reimbursed for this year's service. Avoid this company (and all their affiliates) at all costs. They are scam artists.
