Awesome experience from start to finish! Everyone was very professional. ***** was very helpful scheduling the estimate and work to be done. She actually called me back to see if she could move it a day, so she could send out one of their more experienced installers. Very friendly and patient with all of my questions. More of the same when *** came out to give me the estimate. He was very clear on what the job would entail and explaining the process. His bid was not only competitive, but almost half of what a less-professional smaller company provided. On the day of the job, ***** called about a half hour prior to his arrival to tell me he was going to be ON TIME. Throughout the day he was certain to explain exactly what he was going to do, why he was going to do it that way, and wanted to be sure I understood. The work was amazing in both of our showers! I highly recommend The Grout Medic Team!

The service tech who did caulk my tub did an excellent job. *** did an amzaing job fixing a contractor gone wrong grout/caulking situation. He fixed what was thought to be unfixable and it looks great now. Also the tile on both the walls and floors are beautiful. They look ***************! Very reasonably priced services for quality work.
