      We never received our raw footage or any finished footage of our wedding video that was promised to us. Ive been trying to contact anyone and receive nothing

      My husband and hired Petit film to do our wedding. We are very sad that we dont have any recording of our wedding , those memories are gone. So we deserve a full refund and an apology.

      We booked with petit four fils for our wedding that was going to be 9/16/22. We learned from the Knot that it was a great company to book from. We paid in full four our wedding $1449 on 7/22/22. We were in constant communication with them through email (video shoot list, music/songs, proof of insurance,etc.). On 9/12/22, we received a texted that said they filed for bankruptcy. When trying to reach out through phone call and email, we heard nothing. I just want to be issued a refund for my cost.

      I paid Petit Four Films LLC for wedding videography last year in full and never received the product or a refund. I signed a contract with Petit Four Films LLC on March 19 2022 and paid in full a total of $1339.00 (see contract uploaded in four attachments). The agreement was for 6 hours of video coverage with drone coverage of our wedding on May 29th 2022 with deliverable of raw footage and an edited long form video. We had our wedding and a videographer contracted by Petit Four Films filmed it. I also heard from the venue that a separate videographer obtained drone footage. The company stated that that it could take several months to deliver the end product so I did not reach out to them until September 2022 when I had heard nothing from them. I was able to submit a ticket requesting information and received an email that I would hear back shortly. On September 14th, 2022 they sent an email reporting that they declared bankruptcy, reassuring that if they had filmed the wedding "we are putting together a process to finish your film or at the very least have your footage to you." (Email uploaded as well). I waited and reached out several more times with a similar scripted response. I have also emailed the refund email address provided without any restitution. Not only are we out of $1300 but also the opportunity to ever see footage of our wedding. I've continued to check on the progression of this situation and saw others who have reported to BBB so wanted to do the same, especially if there is any chance to at least be refunded after what this company has done.

      This business claim to be a cinematographer for weddings and took $2999 of my money and then never responded to any of my emails or inquiries and apparently its a known scam now run by someone who keeps shaming people under different company names.

      Videographer went out of business, didn't notify, didn't refund. Can't get a hold of them. They owe us **** back as we paid in full.

      The company was hired to film our wedding on November 13, 2020, and were paid in full. However, due to COVID, our wedding was rescheduled to March 19, 2022. Footage of our wedding was taken on that day, but the company never provided us our wedding video. We have left multiple messages and sent multiple emails to the company, but they have not returned our calls.

      I contracted Petit four films **** to film our wedding June 4, 2023. I have tried to contact them several times to retrieve my money no answer at this point in time Im not quite sure how to proceed.

      November 26th, 2021 I signed a contract and hired Petit Four Films to perform the videography of my wedding, which was to be held on October 21st, 2022. The amount of $1549.00 was paid in full on 11/26/21.Fast forward to August 2022 when I contacted Petit Four to confirm details of my wedding. I reached out to via email on 8/17/22, 9/6/22, and 9/12/22, and never received a response. On 9/12 I also called their support number ************ with no answer. I found another corporate number to call, ************, which had a recording to call a third number ************, and this number just rang with no answer and no way to leave a message. Today all 3 of those contact numbers are now no longer in service. After waiting another week to give Petit Four Films a chance to respond to my email, I decided to book another videographer (costing me an additional $3,899), On October 5th 2022, I received an email from Petit four Films stating they were cancelling the remainder of their booked weddings going forward, and indeed NOT working our wedding on October 21st 2022. They stated they would find a replacement videographer at no cost to us, and issuing refunds either through themselves or the clients banks. We did not hear anything back about a replacement videographer for our wedding (we hired and paid for our own), and never received a refund credit from Petit Four Films, and the bank was unable to help recover our money.After jumping through hoops to find a last minute videographer, the least we want is a refund of the $1549. This experience has been horrible, and has caused undue stress. I advise ppl to be very cautious. This company was advertised on wedding sites like The Knot as being exceptional and award winning... yet i was left out a videographer and $1549 on what was supposed to be one of the biggest days of my life. A refund of $1549 is requested. Please let me know if additional details are needed.

      I paid for a 7-minute highlight reel of our wedding day, and what they provided was 4 minutes with ZERO footage of our actual ceremony. They pan from getting ready, to first look, to dancing and send-off. Everything in the middle, everything that MATTERED was missing. They cited "hardware failure" and refunded us for the cost of service as well as agreeing to pay $5,000.00 for the inconvenience and emotional pain they caused. After agreeing to payment, they said they mailed us a $5,000.00 check and that the check came back to them (conveniently no tracking number was used even after I directed them to do so). After almost a year of repeated emails saying they're "working with the finance department to mail out a new check," I received an auto-reply about their chapter 11 bankruptcy filing. They've since disappeared and never paid what they agreed to pay after admitting fault.
