I paid $1799 to Petit Four Films to *************** on August 13, 2022. They were completely unresponsive weeks before the wedding and then canceled the day before the wedding. They filed for bankruptcy and have yet to issue a refund, despite their contract stating they would.Initial Complaint

My partner and I are requesting a refund for our booked wedding on January 15th, 2023. We paid $1,699 on January 27th, 2022 for them to be ***************** for our wedding and we were informed on October 5, 2022 they would not be providing the service and would be issuing us a refund in a timely manner per our contract. On 2/22/21 I signed a contract for this company to film our wedding on August 20, 2022 for $1990.00 ************ filed chapter 11 in July continued to take our money but never provided us with our video. They did send someone to film that day but we are unable to reach this person and the company wont speak to us to tell us how to retrieve our video that we paid for. This is very upsetting because this company knew they were doing wrong. They even tried to sign my friends up to film their wedding coming this February knowing they werent even in business anymore. Petit Four Films was our wedding ********************* We pre-paid in full for a Videography package. On the wedding day, everything appeared smooth. However, Petit Four Films never paid the videographer, who in turn is not providing the footage. Petit Four Films must either provide us our wedding footage which we paid for, or pay the videographer so that he can provide us the footage. I have emailed 5 times and called at least **************************************** routes to a spam number. They are unresponsive to email. They are a FRAUD! My fiance and I booked this company on June 13, 2022 and paid $1699 in FULL as they ran a deal if we paid in full. The videographer never contacted us and we had to find out via *** 7 news that they filed for bankruptcy. The company promised to conduct videography services for our wedding on August 18, 2023, which they obviously will not be doing. We have reached out for a request for refunds and their automatic reply indicates that they will issue refunds but don't have a timeframe in which we will receive them. We since filed a dispute with our credit card company, which was denied because the dispute wasn't filed within their 60 day timeframe, which would have been impossible because I could not predict that the company would file for bankruptcy. Since we paid in full and will not be receiving their services, we would like a full refund on the card that we purchased the package on.Initial Complaint

Wedding date was July 30th 2022. We paid them $1200 in full in April 2022. The wedding was filmed and we were told a physical copy for our hour long video would be sent, we received a 30 second digital teaser video and never received the physical copy of the full video as promised and paid for. My wife is incredibly upset and this is not how business should be, refund email for this company has been shut down and we want our pre paid fee back in a Refund.Initial Complaint

We paid Petit Four Films $1,399.00 for videographer services. The company filed for bankruptcy before our wedding and informed us that we will be getting a full refund. It is also in our contract that we signed that we will be receiving a full refund if they cancel our services. We have not been issued this refund and have been unable to get in contact with anyone from this company in order to assist with this. They provided emails on their website ********************************* and **************************************************** if we wished to get a refund but we have yet to get any response from either email. We have also tried to reach them via several phone numbers but have not been able to reach anyone. They have not reached out to us in anyway in order to provide us with some information. We have reached out to our bank and they have also been unable to assist with the matter. We were informed to reach out to the BBB for assistance to get our full refund.Initial Complaint

On August 27th Saturday Petit Four Films filmed my and my wife's marriage. We paid in full and have yet to receive the raw nor edited footage. We have reached out to the company multiple times with no response. Please help! This footage means so much to us to have had all of our family together and celebrate this moment in our lives!
