Opal Enterprises was very professional and courteous. Their communication leading up to and after the installation of my new entry and storm door was excellent. The crew members that installed my entry and storm doors were also very courteous and professional. They took away my old doors and cleaned up after themselves. I have already referred your company to two of my friends and I will continue to do so. I am very pleased with the work performed.

Opal Enterprises, Inc. was very professional throughout the entire process of installing new ****** board siding and gutters. The communication throughout the various phases kept ** informed and when we had questions, **** got back to ** almost immediately. The planning phase ensured that we were able to know exactly what was going to happen and what products would be used. The execution of the project was timely. The same crew was on the job from start to finish, allowing for continued understanding of the scope of the project. The end result is nothing short of a chef's kiss, we couldn't be happier. The crew arrived by 8 am every morning of the two week job. I was very impressed with how quickly the job progressed: the old windows were removed and the new windows installed in less than two days, and that's twenty windows! Everyone in the crew knew their job and put in a full day, including the *******, who knew every task and worked just as hard as the rest of the crew. Opal used outstanding products, and my sales person was expert at guiding me in what to select, right down to colors. And the administration office was proactive and quick to respond to questions. At the end of the job the clean up was thorough, and removal of the equipment was complete and quick. Opal is top notch in both installation and products, and I intend to go to Opal with subsequent home improvements on my list.Windows, Siding and Doors by Opal Enterprises Naperville

We considered many different providers for our ******** E-Series windows, but we kept coming back to ******* at Opel for his and ****'s determination to make us happy and put ** at ease in doing business with them. Multiple visits with numerous samples, thoroughly walking us through the numbers, and the installation process. Then going above and beyond in the installation and post-delivery follow-up. They were so professional. The whole team was great, from the first quote to explaining us options ******** was friendly and efficient and our door looks amazing! We need windows too but had been waiting till later this year. Well we're definitely going with Opal for it because we can't imagine going anywhere else. I used Opal to replace my siding about 8 years ago and they did a wonderful job. My landscaper put a hole in the siding last year. I contacted Opal to replace the piece of siding and they immediately got back to me. Unfortunately, the manufacturer was no longer making that siding, so they find something similar and quickly came out to install it. It looks great!
