We used Opal to replace a total of 13 windows on our house. They did an exceptional job. From the first visit till the very end of a project, everything was clearly explained and professionaly executed. Great communication and a great field team that installed the end product. Many now beautiful homes in southeast ********** have had the Opal makeover, and we have longed for the day when we could do it to our home. The salesman showed us great models of what our house could look like and explained everything very thoroughly. A slated January install turned into an unexpected but welcome early December install. They made quick work of ripping off our 83 aluminum siding and gutters and began building the fascia board the original builder never put on. The new siding was meticulously installed by the crew (working in winter!). When the siding was done, a couple of days of rain/snow loomed three days out. The gutter crew came a day earlier than planned so that we would have functioning gutters and downspouts to protect our basement and sump pump. Our finished home looks beautiful! We had been in contact with a couple of great window and door companies. We then also contracted Opal Enterprises for our small, in comparison to some projects, for a sliding-glass door replacement. We were were very happy with ***** and the Entire Opal Enterprises Team. They all do work as a great team together from helping to recommend the best options for us, all the way through to the complete and excellent install and even after!Opal Enterprises worked with us professionally, and treated as professionals too. They always get back to us quickly on questions and scheduling and such. We were referred to Opal. ****, was our point in contact throughout most of the process. He came and looked at our scope and gave us MANY options of brands, styles and what ever else we needed. There was no gimmick sales pitch. Zero pressure to buy that day. No harassing phone calls. He did give me his cell phone to call or text with questions. He was the most patient rep we have worked with in a long time with any service! This was a huge investment for us and he really made sure we getting exactly what we wanted while working with our budget. He showed us pictures too of similar style brands and colors of job sites they completed. We went with Black windows and they are great! We are constantly getting compliments. Install was on time, crew worked hard and completed quickly! On the back end, we have been feeling very appreciated with follow *** and appreciation for our referrals. Opal was wonderful to work with from quote to finish. Our sales person was very knowledgeable and excited to help with our project. They were able to take our dreams and vision and execute flawlessly. The team was here working whenever weather permitted. We had all new siding, new beadboard, new **************** gutters, a small portico put in, a new sliding glass door where there was once a window, a transom window and a new front door. Due to production time of materials and weather our project took much longer than anticipated but in the end was flawless. Opal is wonderful to work with and I have now completed two projects with them. They replaced and installed all new windows at one of my rental homes and at my home just installed a sliding glass door and new window. Their sales team is wonderful. They educate you and provide you fair pricing without pressuring you to sign. Their service coordinators are on top of it and provide updates throughout the process and when to expect work to be completed. Lastly their crews and crew leads were all personable, showed up on time, and properly installed everything. My tenants were thrilled with the new windows and how much warmer it keeps the home and my family and I are excited to have a much better access point to our backyard. Thanks Opal! Over the years, Opal has installed gutter guards, 3 storm doors and resurfaced my deck with composite decking.In each of the 3 jobs they were tops in communication before, during and after the project.
